Follow @veganrecipelab for daily vegan recipes! • Vegan Cauliflower Wings by @sixvegansisters . I​ngredients 1 medium-sized head cauliflower 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk we prefer rice milk (it has a super neutral flavor & is awesome for cooking!) 1 cup flour 2 cups crispy onions 3 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp garlic salt Buffalo Sauce 3/4 cup vegan margarine 1 cup hot sauce ​. Instructions Preheat the oven to 375°F. Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. In one bowl, whisk together the milk and flour. In a food processor, add the crispy onions, nutritional yeast, parsley, and garlic salt and blend. Pour into a separate bowl. Dip each piece of cauliflower in the flour/milk mixture, then the crispy onion mixture, then place on a lined baking sheet. Bake the wings for ~35 minutes, until crispy (flip halfway). For extra crispiness, broil them for a few minutes or throw them in the air fryer! Make the buffalo sauce: melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the hot sauce and mix. In a large bowl, add the cauliflower bites and buffalo sauce. Gently mix until completely covered. Serve with a drizzle of vegan ranch!

SAVE & SHARE today's good weather drink! 😋🌱 ➖ ALL INGREDIENTS: 1 double espresso (left until cold) 1/3 cup plant milk to add to the coffee 2-3 teaspoons vegan caramel sauce (this is a store bought vegan caramel sauce) (+some extra sauce to drizzle on top of the optional coconut whipped cream) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2-3 ice cubes ➖ HOW TO PREPARE: Pretty simple to do, you only need to add everything, besides the coffee, in a BIG CUP and mix well! Vegan “Sunshine Bowl” : black bean pasta with a @sunbutter Coconut Sauce and julienned/spiralized veggies. 🍴 🍴 I’m not at all vegan but I appreciate a good veggie meal!! It’s super sunny here, perfect occasion for a beautiful plant based “sunshine bowl.” • For the pasta I used black bean spaghetti by Simply Nature from @aldiusa. Cook and set aside. It was done in only 4 minutes so be careful as it will overcook very quickly! • I spiralized sweet potatoes and cooked for 10-15 minutes in a large pot with a little olive oil. Then I added julienned bell peppers, jalapeños, and onions. Last I added spiralized zucchini, which cooks super quick - it will be done in 1-2 minutes. • Next add the pasta in to the pot along with the sauce! (Swipe for sauce recipe from @meljoulwan’sblog!) • I did make a few tweaks to the sauce: 1. I substituted soy sauce for coconut aminos 2. I grated fresh ginger instead of powdered 3. I tripled it to account for 2 boxes of pasta and all of the veggies. Top with cilantro!

COOKIE DOUGH MILKSHAKE (Vegan/Plant-based) What a way to add some healthy deliciousness to your day! PREP TIME:35 mins TOTAL TIME:35 mins Author: Bo's Kitchen Serves: 3 big shakes INGREDIENTS Milkshake 2 frozen bananas 4 cups filtered water 1 cup oats 3 tbsp chia seeds 5 dates, pitted 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tsp maca powder (optional) 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon super tiny pinch of nutmeg ½ cup cashews, soaked for 30 mins in boiling water Topping 3 mini cookies dairy free whipped cream ⅛ cup dark chocolate INSTRUCTIONS Melt chocolate for decorating the glasses over a bain marie (in a small bowl over a small pan of simmering water). Once melted, allow to cool for a minute or two then drizzle round the edge of your glasses. Add all ingredients apart from the cashews to a food processor or blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour ⅔ of the shake into glasses and set aside in the fridge to chill and thicken for 5-10 minutes. Add drained cashews to the remaining shake in the blender and process until smooth. Top up the glasses with the cashew shake. “Omelette” de garbanzo✨ Recibo muchos mensajes de ustedes para reemplazar el huevo🙃 Yo siempre he sido muy fan de este alimento, pero no lo consumo todos los días y a veces es bueno variar. Esta es una opción deliciosa, llena de proteína y fibra🙌🏻 ¿Qué opinan? ¿Lo probarían? :) . Ingredientes: 1/4 taza de harina de garbanzo 1/3 taza de agua 1/8 cucharadita de cúrcuma (opcional) 1/2 cucharadita de sal Pimienta al gusto Extra: los vegetales que tengan . Preparación: Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bowl hasta obtener una mezcla líquida homogénea Picar los vegetales y saltearlos en una sartén con un poco de aceite. Yesterday I whipped up this cauliflower steak as a post workout meal for my wife and I. It was a quick and delicious meal that was inspired by a recent trip I had to Denver. Midway through the meal I stopped eating to google the nutritional information of cauliflower. A was super intrigued to learn that 1 cup of cauliflower had almost an entires day worth of your recommended daily intake of vitamin C. Not only that but it contains small amounts of all the minerals and vitamins that you need. I continued eating my meal happy to have learned that this delicious cauliflower steak was an antioxidant and that my body was about to get its much needed dose of antioxidants to help my body recover after creating oxidation in my muscles as a result of working out. 💪🏼🌱

5 ingredient Churros Truffles by @PiesAndTacos 😋👅👅 . INGREDIENTS Truffles 1 cup dates 3/4 cup almonds 1 tbsp coconut oil . Coating 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon . Drizzle (optional) Almond butter . INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place all ingredients in the NutraMilk or food processor container. 2. Process until you achieve the desired consistency, 2-3 minutes. 3. Peach Pesto Pizza by @eat.drink.shrink . Pesto 1 cup nuts of your choice 2 cups fresh basil Salt & Black Pepper to taste 2-3 garlic cloves ½ cup vegan parmesan cheese 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp water or as needed for thinning 2 cup arugula . Pizza 1 pre-made pizza dough olive oil for coating 4 peaches fresh, thinly sliced Handful of fresh spinach, chopped 1 cup heirloom tomatoes 1 block vegan mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese . Toppings 1 avocado 1 cup frisee lettuce 2 cups arugula Black pepper 1 tbsp Red chili flakes 3/4 cup basil, sliced . Balsamic glaze: 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette 2 tsp sugar . Pesto: Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.Taste and adjust and set aside. . Balsamic glaze: in a small pan over medium heat add the ingredients, stir to dissolve the sugar, cook for 5-7 minutes until it thickens . Pizza: Preheat the oven to 450. Roll out the pizza dough to a 12" thin circle. Transfer to a pizza pan (I like the ones with holes on the bottom, gives a crispier crust). Coat the edges with olive oil. Flash bake the dough for 5-7 minutes. Remove, spread the pesto generously all over the pizza. Add the grated vegan parmesan and mozzarella. Add chopped peaches and tomatoes, then top with additional cheese and bake for 10-12 mins or until edges are nicely browned. WILD BLUEBERRY VEGAN MUFFINS 💙 because a chick been bakin’ and the results been diviiiine. y’all will LOVE this simple, delicious + nutritious recipe. check my #IGStory to see the muffin magic come to life. ✨ WILD BLUEBERRY VEGAN MUFFINS dry ingredients:: •2 cups gluten free oat flour •¾ tsp. baking soda •½ tsp. baking powder •2 tbsp. hemp seeds •½ tsp. cinnamon •¼ tsp. salt wet ingredients:: •½ cup + 2 tbsp. almond milk / oat milk •1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice •3 tbsp. melted coconut oil •¼ cup coconut sugar •¼ cup pure maple syrup •1 tsp. pure vanilla extract add-in: •1 ½ cups wild blueberries *i used frozen directions:: 1. preheat your oven to 350°F. line a 12-cup muffin pan 2. in a large bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients: oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, hemp seeds, cinnamon + salt. 3. in a medium bowl; whisk together all wet ingredients: milk, lemon juice, oil, sugar, maple syrup and vanilla *room temp. milk to will prevent the melted coconut oil from solidifying once mixed with the milk. 4. combine wet ingredients to dry ingredients. whisk until just about riiight, making sure no flour patches remain, add in blueberries 5. pour batter evenly into muffin pan - filling each cup all the way to the top for a smaller quantity of big, round-topped muffins, and ¾ of the way for a larger amount of smaller muffins. *optional, add additional blueberries into the muffin tops. 6. bake for 22-30 minutes. *mine took 26 min. *insert a toothpick to check 7. place muffin pan on a cooling rack to cool for 20 min. then, remove muffins from pan and transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely, about 1-2 hours. give thanks + enjoy! 💡PRO TIPS:: *store in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator, or in a cool, dark environment. *to freeze: store in an airtight container or bag, in the freezer for up to 1-2 months. It was wonderful! 💞 I threw these MANGO MUFFINS together quickly and served them with a plate of fruit and . . . continental breakfast is ready! __________________________________ MANGO MUFFINS (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free) Prep Time: 7 minutes Bake Time: 14-26 minutes Preheat Oven: 350 degrees Makes 12 muffins or 24 mini-muffins Wet Ingredients: 1 cup mango chunks, frozen 1/2 + cup oat milk, or other plant milk 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar Dry Ingredients: 1 2/3 cup gluten free flour blend 1/3 cup tapioca flour 1 cup organic brown sugar 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp xanthum gum 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (I used Ceylon) 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional) 3/4 tsp pink himalayan salt 1️⃣ Cut 1/2 the mango in to petite diced pieces and set aside. Purée the other 1/2 of the mango in a blender. 2️⃣Stir the puréed mango, oat milk, and apple cider vinegar together and set aside for 5 minutes. 3️⃣Whisk dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients 1/2 cup at a time and mix together. If batter is too thick, add more milk. 4️⃣Stir in the mango pieces. 5️⃣Spoon in to non-stick or silicone muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Mini-muffins bake 14-17 minutes. Muffins bake 22-26 minutes. Brazil Cilantro Pesto Linguine by @plantbasedrd Follow us @veganplantsrecipes for daily vegan recipes . Pesto 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (can leave out and just add a full cup of basil below instead of 3/4 cup) 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds Juice of 1 lemon 3/4 cup basil, packed 1/2 cup water 1 ripe avocado Salt and pepper . Homemade marinara 🍅 so ligh and fresh! Half tomatoes and put on baking sheet. Add peeled garlic and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for about 10 mins at 350°. In a flat surface, place the nori sheet. Add a generous amount of the sushi rice to make a square shape the same size as the tofu katsu. Add the lettuce and then the tofu. Add other toppings of choice, all the same size as the tofu and rice. Add another layer of rice and press down. Fold each side of the nori sheet to the center while holding together the filling to ensure the sandwich will be held together well. Fold the sheet up while tucking in the sides. Flip over then slice with a sharp knife. Feel free to add some sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce to your liking! Superfast cold bean soup. Just put all the ingredients in a good blender (I used a nutribullet) and blitz it. Serve with ice cubes, good olive oil, pepper, garnish, whatever you like. Ingredients (or whatever you fancy): flageolet beans (1 tin including the aquafaba), lettuce, half a cucumber, a small carrot, wet garlic, basil, some fermented Jerusalem artichokes, mustard, vinegar, good amount of salt and a few ice cubes. Mostly from the @localgreensveg bag! A side note about the basil. I discovered recently that supermarket basils aren't just one plant, but lots of individual plants encouraged to grow big in one shot. So they die pretty quickly because there isn't enough room for them all (mine kept dying and I couldn't understand why, now I know). BUT you can take advantage of this, splitting them apart to create lots of new basil plants that will all be happy with their bigger space. I got a leggy bolting basil from ocado, potted it out into 4 new pots and left them outside in the sun with regular watering. They are doing really well! Mango Chilly Preserve - excellent for summer salads and dips Ingredients 1. Raw mango 2. Cut green chillies 3. Salt 4. Jaggery Process: 1. Peel the raw mango and slice or grate it 2. In a pan add a teaspoon of oil and add the cut green chillies to it 3. Once it fries a little, add the mango, water and salt and let it cook. 4. Once the mango has become translucent (similar to rice when cooked), add equal amount of jaggery as the mango. You can adjust the jaggery depending on the taste you want 5. Once the jaggery dissolves it gives you the consistency of a preserve 6. Let it cool and store in the refrigerator. It lasts for up to 2 weeks #summerfood

Pan sear the salmon until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. The salmon can be undercooked at this point as we will continue to cook it later into the sauce. Ingredientes: 180g de cebolla 130g de espinacas frescas 200g de patata 200g de coliflor 500ml de agua Aove Comino y cilantro (opcional) Sal Elaboración: Se pocha la cebolla con un poquito de sal durante unos 10min. Wild rice mushroom soup by @itsallgoodvegan Loaded with wild rice, hearty mushrooms, and tender veggies . Follow us @vegansnacksrecipes for Daily vegan recipes . Ingredients 1 cup of wild rice, I used a gluten-free wild rice blend. 1 container of mushrooms (8 ounces), chopped 1 medium white onion, chopped 3 medium carrots, chopped 3 stalks of celery, chopped 4 cups of veggie broth ½ cup all- purpose flour, substitute for gluten-free flour. ½ cup dairy-free butter 3 cups of dairy-free milk, I used oat milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried thyme ½ tsp garlic powder . Directions Cook the wild rice according to the back of the package. Drain and set aside.Heat a large pot on medium heat. Once warm, add the butter, onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent. Add the flour to the pot and mix covering the vegetables with flour. Slowly add the veggie broth, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder and stir. Bring soup to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally. Combine the rice, mushrooms, and milk to the pot. Cook for an additional 10 minutes on low heat or until the mushrooms are fully cooked.Divide soup into bowls and serve.

I've been thinking about picnics, my grandparents used to take me and my sister away to Scotland and we'd always have a car picnic in a layby overlooking some beautiful scenery. I've done the same with my children and as a family where ever we go we always pack a picnic. So I've been playing with recipes and had a go at replicating the "scotch egg", they are the perfect picnic food, easy to eat finger food that doesn't go soggy like sandwiches. HOMEMADE 🏡 • The Best Vegan Banana Bread 🌱 • I really didn’t want to give in to the banana bread quarantine baking trend but I had some sad looking bananas and I just couldn’t resist!!! 💛 • Yes, this is an entirely vegan banana bread! And honestly speaking, you wouldn’t even be able to tell! It’s super moist and just delicious 🤤 • Some easy weekend baking?? Attempt this! Recipe below ⬇️ • This is inspired by the @bbcgoodfood original recipe! But I add dark chocolate chips and walnuts because I think it compliments it sooo well 😍 ________________________________________________________ Ingredients: 3 large ripe bananas 100g brown sugar (I used half brown, half Demerara) 75ml sunflower oil 225g self raising flour 2 headed tsp baking powder 3 headed tsp cinnamon powder 50g walnuts, chopped 50g dark chocolate chips 2-3 tsp cocoa powder, optional 2-3 tsp water, optional Note: to substitute for plain flour, add 1 additional tsp baking powder Method: Preheat oven to 200 degrees 1. In a large bowl, mash your bananas with a fork, then add your oil and brown sugar 2. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon in the same bowl and mix well, then fold in your nuts and chocolate chips 3. If you are going for the marbled effect, separate the mixture in half and add the cocoa powder and water to one half 4. If you’re not doing the marbled effect just place the mixture in a loaf tin and bake. For the marbled effect place bits of the mixture in at a time (I.e normal mixture then cocoa mixture... etc) 5. Bake in the oven for 40 mins! Check after 30 minutes. You need to cook it until a skewer comes out clean 🥰 Let it cool before taking it out the tin! So I’ve been so excited to share this one with you all, but thought I’d wait til this afternoon to post as a treat for the weekend! 🍓 Strawberry (no cheese) cheesecake 🍓 This is so simple to make with just 3 ingredients 🍓 Strawberry Protein powder 🥥 Coconut vanilla yogurt (you can use plain coconut if you like but I could only get this) 🥜 Almond & Coconut butter (again you could just use almond but they only had this one) 🍓 Fresh Strawberries Scoop almond butter in to bottom of glass, the add 1 scoop of strawberry shake to half pot of yogurt and mix well until powder has disappeared ensuring no lumps. Now add to glass. Then to make a layered affect add a few scoops of the coconut yogurt to the top, slice a strawberry and place on top. You can eat straight away but I popped in the fridge for an hour or so before we ate in the garden last night. This can also be made with the chocolate or vanilla protein to make other cheesecakes too. 🍌Not another banana bread recipe... @lotusbiscoffuk Banana Bread Blondies! I did say I would share it so you can make Banana Bread French Toast Sticks (see my previous post) 😊 . INGREDIENTS: 💚FRESH: 4 ripe bananas (The riper the sweeter your blondes) 🧡 CUPBOARD: 165g Ground Almonds , 1/2 Tsp of cinnamon, 1/2tsp Nutmeg, 1.5 tbsp almond butter, 1tbs @lotusbiscoffuk + 4 Dark Chocolate (optional) . If you want them sweeter add some golden syrup! . METHOD: 1. Mash the bananas with the biscoff spread and almond butter. 2. Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg and almond flour until it’s a dough like consistency. 3. Pour into baking tray and bake at gas mark 6 for around 20 mins. . Okay so this is still one of my favorite recipes I’ve made recently so I had to share it again cause I just love this shot🤤 Full recipe below if you want to make them yourself!⁣ ⁣ Pancakes:⁣⁣ 1 cup whole wheat flour⁣⁣ 1 tbsp baking powder⁣⁣ 1 tbsp coconut sugar⁣⁣ 1 tbsp coconut oil⁣⁣ 1 cup dairy free milk⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Cinnamon Filling:⁣⁣ 1/4 cup vegan butter⁣⁣ 1/2 brown sugar⁣⁣ 1/2 tbsp cinnamon⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Icing:⁣⁣ 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar⁣⁣ 1/2 tbsp dairy free milk⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Directions:⁣⁣ Start by making your pancake mix by combining all of the pancake ingredients and mixing them well. Then set aside- this gives the baking powder time to activate and the pancakes some time to fluff up.⁣⁣ Next, mix together your cinnamon filling ingredients. Make sure your vegan butter is at room temperature. When your cinnamon filling is done, transfer it to a piping bag and spin a tiny hole on the bottom.⁣⁣ Grease your pan and add about 1/4 cup scoop for each pancake. Right after you have added the batter to the pan and while your batter is still wet, start creating your cinnamon swirl with your piping bag full of cinnamon filling. *Important!* Press the piping bag slightly into the pancake as you create your swirl. This will create a little swirly tunnel for the filling to go and stay in. If you just place the cinnamon filling on top of the pancake without pressing down, the swirl will be ruined when you flip the pancake. I know this sounds a little confusing, I will post a video on the whole process in the next few days!⁣⁣ Do this process with all of your pancakes.⁣⁣ Last step is to make the icing. Summery Mediterranean dreaminess on a plate mate. And a one pot wonder to boot. . . . 🌱roughly chop one large onion and a red pepper, sauté in a hot pan with a pinch of salt, a bay leaf and a chopped clove of garlic. 🌱Once softened add two courgettes (chopped), cherry tomatoes, a tin of chickpeas, capers and olives. Stir through 1tsp smoked paprika and half a tsp of hot paprika. Cover and Simmer on low until veg is soft and season to taste. 🌱serve up with finely chopped carrot tops and some lemon zest. We had ours with crispy new potatoes and salad. 🌱this was a cracking celebration of the @riverford veggies this week. Such a dreamy breakfast of tomatoes on toast... one of my faves in spring/summer ☀️ Tricolour tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil (the £££ stuff I’m afraid), Himalayan pink salt, pepper and fresh thyme. Weekend al-fresco feasting! 🌟 Why not rustle up some delicious homemade falafel this weekend, perfect for some at home cooking fun to then enjoy in the sun! 💚 We served ours with our new vegan mayonnaise and delish homemade wraps - what would you serve yours with? 🤗 To make, you'll need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 400 g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 tbs tahini⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 tbs lemon zest⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 50g self-rising flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Small bunch coriander⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Salt and pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 50 g sesame seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sunflower oil for frying⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Vegan Mayo to serve⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Place the chickpeas, tahini, lemon zest, flour and coriander in a food processor and season with salt and pepper. Process until just combined so the mixture still has some texture. They’ve fully worked on “me” and are now excited and comfortable about the idea of an “us”. . ⏺ . 250 grams of flour 90 grams (Or 1 cup) oats 1 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 100 grams granulated sugar 110 grams brown sugar 130 grams canola oil 75 grams water Use a 1/4 cup as a scoop for things like your chopped (or not chopped, go crazy) toasted nuts, chocolate chips, cranberries, etc and go from there. But be honest with yourself, you know and we know you’re gonna need more chocolate chips. . ⏺ . bake for 7-10 minutes depending on how you like your cookies... if your oven runs hot or cold... all the reasons. . ⏺ .
