buen día! ☀️ . . desayunando el arcoíris de otoño!!🍁 en esta avenita super deliciosa que les quiero compartir 😋 . . AVENITA COCIDA DE OTOÑO . . Poner a cocer: 👉1/4, 1/2, 3/4 o 1 taza avena (de acuerdo a tus necesidades!) 👉bebida vegetal casera de avena y coco (cantidad al ojo) 👉1 cucharadita de mermelada de damasco casera (o el sabor que tengas! tb podría ser jarabe de maple o de agave) . . por mientras se cuece la avena: moler 1/2 plátano con el tenedor y agregar 2 cucharaditas de goji. mezclar bien . . una vez cocida la avena, poner en un bowl y agregar el plátano molido con goji, mezclar bien y luego poner los toppings encima, yo le puse: 👉manzana rallada 👉nueces picadas 👉semillas de cáñamo 👉semillas de sésamo 👉garbanzos crujientes 👉un trocito de brownie molido 👉normalmente habría llevado mantequilla de maní o almendras, pero no tengo 👉si no llevara nueces y semillas de cáñamo, SEGURO llevaría chía o linaza (activar antes de poner) . . para terminar y darle un toque especial, agregar 1 a 2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana crudo y revolver. le da un leve sabor a fermentado que me encanta! Pare dni temu pokazywałam wam na story tajemniczą paczkę i obiecałam, że niedługo dowiecie się co w niej było🙈 nie trzymam was już dłużej w niepewności - dzięki uprzejmości @studiokoloru miałam przyjemność zapoznać się z książką, której autorami są chłopaki z @bosh.tv 🥰 Jest ona w całości poświęcona kuchni roślinnej🌱 Znajdują się w niej przepisy na cudowne, kolorowe i sycące dania😋 Podzielona jest na rozdziały z przepisami na śniadania, przekąski i przystawki, obiady (szybkie i te, które zajmą nieco więcej czasu), desery, koktajle oraz zielone miski i właśnie z tego ostatniego rozdziału przepis zdecydowałam się przygotować🙌🏼 Na zdjęciu widzicie SAŁATKĘ POŁUDNIOWO-ZACHODNIĄ🤩Jeżeli sałatki dotychczas kojarzyły wam się z miską zieleniny wymieszanej z pomidorem i co najwyżej jakimiś pestkami to po spróbowaniu tej na pewno zmienicie o nich zdanie! Bagel pizzaaaas 🍕 🥯 super quick and easy, just put tomato sauce, mushrooms and vegan cheese on the bagels and popped them under the grill. Strawberry Yogurt Tart 😍♥️ | Vegan Creamy homemade coconut yogurt filling with strawberry compote and almond pastry crust 🍓 . . . 🌟follow me @JAOUAD 😍 . 🌟 from @naturescharm @chefschoicefood🌱 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Ingredients ( makes a 18cm tart ) Crust 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (150g) 1/4 cup almond meal (28g) 1/4 cup powdered sugar (35g) 90g cold vegan butter 1/2 tbsp cold almond milk (7g) 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt . Filling 1 batch of Homemade coconut yogurt (about 1 1/2 cups *375g) 1 cup unsweetened soy milk 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp agar agar powder . Strawberry compote 3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 2 tbsp maple syrup . . ♥️ Preheat oven to 180c. Grease a tart pan (18cm deep tart pan) set aside. In a food processor, add crust ingredients, pulse until combined and dough ball forms. . Firmly press mixture into the tart pan with your hands, press into bottom and up the sides of tart pan. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool. . . 🍓 Add the berries and maple syrup into a saucepan, cook on a medium heat. Mash the berries as they begin to heat up. Turn off the heat when the berries have broken down to a saucy consistency. Transfer the berry compote into the tart, place in the freezer to set while working on the yogurt filling. . . 🥥 In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Add agar-agar and stirring constantly until completely dissolve, about 2 minutes. Then lower the heat and add in maple syrup, yogurt. Let simmer for 1 min. Turn off the heat and allow mixture to cool slightly. Pour mixture over the strawberry compote. Chia Oat Waffles!! (Vegan Recipe down below) • Hello, I’m back!! I decided to start posting my regular content again. However, that does not mean I’ll stop spreading information via my Instagram story in hopes to benefit the blm movement and to educate others. I love sharing recipes and my progress with everyone and am happy to continue to do so😌 • This is my FAVORITE waffle recipes as it combines one of my favorite breakfasts(oats) into one of my favorite childhood breakfast treats. Not only are these waffles just mightily tasty, but they also have a lot of beneficial nutritions through the added in chia seeds and oats. This also suits both vegans and non-vegans 🥰 • • #deats put 1 1/4 cups rolled oats in a blender and blend until the oats reach the consistency of flour. Then pour into a bowl with 3/4 cup plant milk of choice(I use almond), 1/8 cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp chia seeds and mix. Then, place the mixture into a waffle press. I topped mine with peanut butter(naturally), banana coins, and blueberries!! 😋

|Cotolette Vegetali fatte in 🏠 Le Cotolette Vegetali fatte in casa sono state una scoperta davvero Super! Ciò che le rende così versatili è il fatto di poterla fare con la farina di legumi che preferite. Il fatto di esser senza glutine poi le rende adatte veramente a tutti! Poi logicamente si può aromatizzare con ciò che si preferisce! Adoro farne in abbondanza e stiparle nel congelatore come se non ci fosse un domani, per trovarle pronte all’occorrenza! Provate questa versione… ma non fatevi mancare quelle con farina di piselli e cipolla essiccata. Come contorno mi piace abbinare fresche insalate, pomodori o carote marinate e, ovviamente una salsina leggera. Le Cotolette Vegetali sono perfette anche per un pic nic all’aria aperta, o da mangiare nel panino insieme al mio tris combo preferito: cipolla, pomodoro e insalata! ℂ𝕒𝕗𝕖́ 𝕕𝕒 𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕙𝕒̃ 𝕣𝕒́𝕡𝕚𝕕𝕠: 𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕖𝕚𝕥𝕒 #𝟙 ⁣ ⁣ ✨ MINGAU ✨⁣ ⁣ Chega o frio e já começa a dar vontade comer aquela “confort food” né? que aquece, nutre e nos conforta. ⁣ ⁣ O mingau é uma receita simples, historicamente antiga, versátil e prática, que pode ser previamente preparada no dia anterior, deixando a aveia de molho em água, isso tornará a receita ainda mais 𝚛𝚊́𝚙𝚒𝚍𝚊 e 𝚍𝚒𝚐𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚟𝚊. ⁣ ⁣ • Quantidade de aveia: você pode usar desde 2 colheres de sopa cheias até 1/2 xícara de chá, a depender do resultado desejado. Saiba que, ao deixar ela de molho na noite anterior, ela dobrará de tamanho - coloque água até cobrir a aveia totalmente.⁣ • Qual tipo de aveia: geralmente utiliza-se a de flocos grandes, mas se preferir menos pedaços e mais homogêneo, pode usar até o farelo. ⁣ • Opcional para enriquecer a receita: quando for deixar de molho, colocar 1 colher de sopa de chia junto. ⁣ ⁣ O 𝚖𝚘𝚍𝚘 𝚍𝚎 𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚘 consiste em cozinhar o mingau em leite vegetal (minha sugestão, pois fica mais saboroso) e ir acrescentando ingredientes de sabor como, por exemplo, os que estão na imagem, os quais são algumas sugestões. Varie nas frutas, especiarias, nuts e sementes...até mingau salgado deve ficar gostoso.⁣ ⁣ • Vá mexendo na panela, deixe cozinhando de 5 - 10 minutos ou até o ponto em que a aveia esteja bem macia.⁣ ⁣ Se quiser mais proteico, adicione sua proteína em pó com sabor de preferência. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, then also add the red kidney beans to the same pan as the pasta to cook together until al dante. ⁣ 2. Meanwhile, sauté the onion, garlic & mushrooms in a frying pan with a little water/oil for 5-10 mins until the mushrooms are soft. ⁣ 3. Turn the heat down to low, then add in the cumin & curry powder. Stir for 1 min until fragrant.⁣ 4. Pour in the canned coconut milk & squeeze of 1/2 a lime. ⁣ 5. One the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta and kidney beans from the pan through a colander, then stir them into the pan with the curry. ⁣ 6. Bring the heat up to a medium setting, add a handful of spinach and stir frequently for 5 mins until the spinach has wilted. ⁣ 6. Season with salt and pepper. VEGAN LAMINGTON TART Crust 1 1/2 cups plain or all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting 1/3 cup +1tbsp coconut oil, chilled 2 tbsp organic cane sugar 2 tbsp water, chilled . Chocolate Ganache 1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate 2/3 cup canned coconut cream . Coconut layer 1 1/4 cups dessicated coconut 1/2 cup rice malt syrup 1/3 cup canned coconut cream . Raspberry Jelly layer 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 1/3 cup water 2 tsp agar powder . 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a deep 20 cm loose bottom tart pan. 2. To make the crust: Add all the ingredients to food processor and mix until evenly combined and it forms a dough. 3. Dust a clean surface with flour. Roll the pastry onto the surface and carefully use a rolling pin to transfer the dough to the tin. Press the dough against the bottom and sides to form a crust. 4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until the surface is evenly golden brown. 5. To make the chocolate ganache layer: Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat. Melt until the mixture is very smooth then pour it into the tart tin. Set the tin in the freezer for 1 hour or until set. 6. To make the coconut layer: Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. When the chocolate layer is firm enough, add the coconut mixture to the tart. Firmly press the mixture and set aside the tin in the freezer for 1 hour. 7. To make the jelly layer: Slice the 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries in half. Add the remaining raspberries and water to blender and blend. Use a sieve to remove the seeds from the raspberry liquid. Add the raspberry water, sweetener and agar to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the liquid into the tart and quickly arrange the berries on top Set aside in the fridge for 3 hours or until the whole tart is set.

息子のお弁当のパスタの仕込み中 veganボロネーゼなどに使いやすいトマトソースです! 簡単で美味しいからレシピ公開します。 前回紹介したボロネーゼのトマトソースにしたらさらにおいしいです。 基本的に焼き野菜をトマトで煮てプロセッサーにかけるだけです。 今回のレシピはこちら 茄子  2本 乱切り ズッキーニ 1本 乱切り 人参皮付き 2本 乱切り エリンギ  1p/c スライス マッシュルーム1p/c スライス セロリ  1本 スライス 玉ねぎ  2個 スライス トマト  3個 半分カット オーブン230°cでトマト以外の野菜を塩こしょう、オリーブオイル全体にかけて20分焼きます 全て鍋に入れ、水300ccと家庭サイズのカットトマトパックもしくはトマト缶を1つ入れます。 乾燥バジル、塩、胡椒をして20分弱火でコトコト煮てフードプロセッサーでペーストにしたら完成。 そのままでも美味しいしペーストにしてピザソースやパスタソースとして使うのもおすすめです。 #veganレシピ #food #veganfood #vegan #vegangastronomy #veganmeal #vegetarian #kyotovegan #veganfriendly #veganbreakfast #japanvegan #ビーガン #ヴィーガン #日本ヴィーガン #vegan料理 #ヴィーガン料理

Pare dni temu pokazywałam wam na story tajemniczą paczkę i obiecałam, że niedługo dowiecie się co w niej było🙈 nie trzymam was już dłużej w niepewności - dzięki uprzejmości @studiokoloru miałam przyjemność zapoznać się z książką, której autorami są chłopaki z @bosh.tv 🥰 Jest ona w całości poświęcona kuchni roślinnej🌱 Znajdują się w niej przepisy na cudowne, kolorowe i sycące dania😋 Podzielona jest na rozdziały z przepisami na śniadania, przekąski i przystawki, obiady (szybkie i te, które zajmą nieco więcej czasu), desery, koktajle oraz zielone miski i właśnie z tego ostatniego rozdziału przepis zdecydowałam się przygotować🙌🏼 Na zdjęciu widzicie SAŁATKĘ POŁUDNIOWO-ZACHODNIĄ🤩Jeżeli sałatki dotychczas kojarzyły wam się z miską zieleniny wymieszanej z pomidorem i co najwyżej jakimiś pestkami to po spróbowaniu tej na pewno zmienicie o nich zdanie! Jest ona prosta w przygotowaniu, zdrowa i po prostu przepyszna!🤩 Wszystkie przepisy są bardzo dokładnie wytłumaczone, więc myśle ze nikt nie będzie miał żadnego problemu z ich wykonaniem🙈 Bardzo podoba mi się też w niej to, że przepisy pochodzą z różnych zakątków świata - w książce znajdziemy chociażby przepis na francuską zupę cebulową🍲, włoską pizze🍕, meksykańskie tacos🌮 czy nawet japońskie sushi🍱! How to 👇 Cook on medium heat oats ( about 70-80 gr for me ) with half water half soy milk. Add 1 cm grated fresh ginger, a pinch of black pepper and 1 tsp or turmeric. Cook and stir for 10 min. Scalloped Potatoes by @elavegan ♥️ ​ ​Ingredients Cashew Sauce: 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) plant-based milk (*see notes) 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) vegetable broth 1 cup (150 g) cashews soaked (*see notes) 2 tbsp (15 g) tapioca flour or arrowroot flour 1/2 tsp paprika Ground black pepper to taste 1/2 cup (30 g) nutritional yeast 1 1/4 tsp sea salt or less/more to taste 1 tsp onion powder 3-4 garlic cloves Other Ingredients: 3 lb (1.4 kg) potatoes (about 7-8 medium) 1 medium onion Fresh herbs to garnish Instructions Check the video below for easy visual instructions. Soak cashews in boiling water for about 15 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, peel potatoes and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick). You will need 3 pounds (1.4 kg) of peeled potatoes for this recipe. Also, peel the onion and slice it thinly. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (ca. 204 °C) and grease a 9×13 inch (23x33 cm) baking dish. Set aside. To make the cashew sauce, add all sauce ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for about one to two minutes or until completely smooth. The sauce will be very thin at first but don't worry as it will thicken up while baking. Taste the sauce and add more salt/pepper/spices if needed. Transfer half of the potatoes to the prepared baking dish and pour half of the sauce on top. Spread the sliced onion on top and layer the remaining potatoes over the onion. Pour the remaining sauce in the baking dish. Bake for about 60-70 minutes. The baking time depends on the thickness of the sliced potatoes. The potatoes should be fork-tender and golden brown. Let cool for about 5-10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley or chives. Enjoy! ​ ​Notes Tips: Please read the blog post for some helpful tips. Plant-based milk: You can use any plant-based milk like cashew milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk. As most of you might already know, my whole life I had been a big meat eater and could have not imagined going a single day without having any meat or fish products. However, having done my extensive research about vegan diet I have decided to give it a go and cleanse my body for 4 weeks. I thought to myself: "When would it be a better time, if not now?" Most of you know, that prior to the lockdown, I never cooked and never had any groceries in my fridge. I would be eating out (or getting deliveries) 2- 3 times a day. So, with all bars and restaurants shut, there's no temptations. Oh and I got to admit- the fact that there's no good delivery options in Putney during lockdown, has made my decision even easier 😁 I'm on day 6 and I'm loving it 💚 never thought I'd be eating oats for breakfast but I've tried it and, honestly, I loooove it 💚💚😁 I made my oats with banana, nuts, acai powder and a bit of honey, and it tasted so bloody good 🤤 So many goodies in one plate: ✔ Protein: 9g ✔ Carbs: 66g ✔ Fat: 18g ✔ Fibre: 8g Any ideas how to increase my protein intake per portion? 🤔 P.S. prior to this post I didn't realise honey wasn't vegan (silly me), but thanks for letting me know guys- its going straight in the bin 😁 just don't get pissed off and start throwing lentils at me 😁🙈🤣 • #vegan #veganrecipes #veganfood #veganlife #veganbreakfast #foodie #foodstagram #FOODPORN
