No bake Hazelnut tart 🥧 Ingredients: Crust : * 200 gr Oat Flour * 90 gr Butter / Coconut oil * 4 tbsp Coconut sugar / or regular Sugar * 1 tsp Salt Hazelnut filling : * 300 gr Baked Hazelnuts / Hazelnut butter * 150 gr Dark Chocolate * 150 gr Soaked Dates * 30 gr Butter / Coconut oil * 400 ml any kind of milk * 4 tbsp Cacao powder * 30 gr gelatine * 1 tsp Salt This recipe is super easy to make and take only 30 minutes 😋 Method : For the Crust: *Melt the butter and mix it with all oder ingredients. It should form a cruby dough. Place the dough into a 18 cm cheesecake form and press it to the bottom. For the filling : *Using a food processor blend the hazelnuts until finely chopped. / If using hazelnut butter skip this step / *In a separate bowl melt the chocolate with the butter and 100 ml of the milk. *Melt the gelatine according to the instructions on the package. *Add the melted chocolate, gelatine and all oder ingredients for the filling to the food processor. Blend until creamy texture... Maple Glazed Cake Donuts 🍩 🍁 (paleo friendly/baked) Lighter than regular donuts and simpler to make! If you do not have a donut pan, swipe to the last pic to see a diy version I found online. You can bake this in a cupcake or loaf pan too. Serving size: 6 INGREDIENTS: For the donuts: 1 1/4 cup almond flour 2 tbs coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder Sprinkle of sea salt 1/4 cup milk of choice 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 1/4 cup almond butter or creamy nut butter of choice 2 eggs or flax eggs 1.5 tsp vanilla For the glaze: 1/2 cup raw cashews, or 1/4 cup extra nut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tbs almond butter, or nut butter of choice (you can customize) 1 tbs coconut oil 2 tbs + more water DIRECTIONS: For the donuts: *preheat oven to 180 C* 1. Mix the dry ingredients for the donut together in a bowl. 2. Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. 3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. It should be a thick batter. 4. Grease your donut pan or cupcake pan and pour your batter to fill the molds. To make it neat, you can pour the batter in a large ziplock, and cut 1/2 inch of the corner off to pipe the batter in the molds. 5. Shake the pan up and down a couple of times to fill in any voids. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Prepare the glaze while it is baking. 6. Allow the donuts to cool, then dip them in the glaze and enjoy 😋 For the glaze: 1. Blend everything together in a food processor. Add more water while blending as needed to thin it down a bit. I left a little texture, but you can blend it all the way for a smoother finish. *NOTE: this recipe can be highly customizable! you can add cacao powder to the glaze to make a chocolate glaze or peanut butter instead of almond butter to make it a peanut butter donut 🤩

healthier COOKIE 🍪 DOUGH you can eat right off the spoon! INGREDIENTS: • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled • 1/4 cup coconut sugar • 1 cup almond flour • 1/4 cup coconut flour • 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional) • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/3 cup chocolate of choice, chopped (I love @hukitchen or @thrivemarket dark chocolate • 1/4 tsp salt DIRECTIONS: In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients besides the chocolate chips until smooth and well combined. Fold in chocolate and you’re DONE! This recipe is perfect if you want a sweet treat but aren’t ready to commit to waiting for them to bake! Also, no worries over raw egg 🥚 P.S. If you want to bake these, add about 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and bake for 10-12 minutes. You’ll get 6-8 cookies. #sayjessplease

Paleo Chocolate Pecan Pie- refined sugar free so we aren’t going to be rising those inflammation levels. My cravings for all things naughty is out of control. This really hit the spot and have ZERO guilt eating it. . Recipe: Base- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 2 cups almond meal 1/2 cup coconut flour 4 tbs coconut oily 4tbs sugar free maple syrup Chocolate Ganache 1 can coconut milk 280g dark Chocolate Filling 1 can coconut milk 1/2 cup coconut sugar 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1tsp vanilla 1tsp cinnamon 1 cup chopped pecans Pecan to place on top . Method: Heat coconut milk & coconut sugar in saucepan till boiling. Turn down heat and allow to bubble for 10mins. Remove from heat to cool for 30min . Make base. Mix all ingredients in bowl and fill tin. Pressing down using the bottom of a measure cup. Place in freezer. . Heat coconut milk in microwave for 2min or until bubbling. Break chocolate into bowl and let sit for 3 min. . Remove base from freezer and pour chocolate into tin. Place back in freezer for 30min. Pre heat oven to 180C. . Mix one egg at a time into caramel sauce. Add chopped pecans, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Take base out of freezer and pour caramel on top of chocolate. Scatter a few pecans on the top. . Place in oven for 50min. Remove and cover with foil and bake for a further 10min. . Allow to cool. I was so excited to make my first galette today! These make for such an easy and beautiful dessert. I had perfect ripe strawberries and made a healthier, good for you version. There is no refined sugar or gluten! I sprinkled it with some edible flowers and fresh mint from my garden, now it just needs some vanilla bean @nadamoo ice cream! PALEO STRAWBERRY GALETTE 🍓 Ingredients Crust 1 1/3 cups of blanched almond flour 1/2 cup of tapioca flour 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar 6 tablespoons of cold grass fed butter - cubed 1 egg Filing 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar 1 tablespoon of maple syrup 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour Egg wash 1 egg - whisked 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar Directions - Make crust by combining almond flour, tapioca, sugar and egg in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until fully combined. Add in your cubes of cold butter and use a pastry cutter, fork or your hands to incorporate the butter into the dough. Refrigerate your dough for 30-60 minutes - Make the filling while the dough is chilling. Combine all ingredients and thoroughly mix until the strawberries have been evenly coated. Set aside - Preheat oven to 375° and place dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Recipe below👇🏼 Ingredients: 3(300-325g)overripe bananas 1/4 cup(60g)nondairy milk(I used almond milk by @nuttybr ) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 1/2 cup(275g)almond flour 1/2 cup(60g)tapioca starch 1/3 cup(40g)coconut flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup(60g)chocolate chips How to make: 1.Preheat the oven to 200 2.In a large bowl add the bananas, milk, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar and mix until smooth 3.Add the flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined(it should be very thick) 4.Stir in the chocolate chips 5.Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan and smooth the top 6.Bake for approximately 50 minutes. It should be golden brown on top and the center should be firm to the touch 7.Remove from the oven and cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing I highly recommend trying it! Super healthy with no added sugars, eggs and grains. These gluten free, non refined sugar cookies are unbelievably delicious and took me 10mins to put together! Crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle and dipped in chocolate!!! What is your favorite flavor cookie? —————————————— Recipe: makes 7 1 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut 1 egg 2 tbsp maple syrup (other alternatives can be used) 1 and 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/3 cup dark chocolate (optional-not optional 😉) Extra coconut and pieces of almonds (optional) —————————————— Preparation: 1. In a mixer add all the ingredients (except the chocolate and extras). Mix until well combined. 2. Take the mix and make 7 similar size balls. 3. Flatten them in the shape of the cookie (1 cm thick) 4. Bake in the oven 350 F for +-23mins (until golden brown) 5. Remove and leave to cool completely 6. Melt the chocolate. (Optional to add coconut oil to make the chocolate smoother). Using a spoon, add chocolate on half the cookie. 7. Decorate with extra coconut and almonds. 8. FOOD BLOG ALERT! I posted the recipe to my PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES! Paleo, gluten-free and grain-free. I feel like its been raining literally everywhere. So here's a cozy breakfast for a rainy morning: baked #sweetpotato topped with roasted apples, cinnamon, coconut flakes, toasted almonds, and almond butter. This combo is 💪🏼 - - - For the apples, I cut them into squares (with skin) and mix them in a bowl with melted coconut oil, cinnamon and very little stevia. If I'm already baking something, I throw them in the oven for ~15-20 minutes, or sautee them in a pan for 5-10 minutes. So good!

Надявам се не съм единственият им фен! . 26 бонбона СЪСТАВКИ: 200 грама фурми @queens.diam0nd 100 грама бадемово брашно 20 грама млечен шоколад, разтопен 15 грама какао 30 грама пукана киноа 15 мл кокосово масло 120 грама млечен шоколад за ,,покриване" на бонбоните ПРИГОТВЯНЕ: 0️⃣ Накиснете фурмите за 5-10 минути в гореща вода, за да омекнат. 1️⃣В купа сложете фурмите, бадемовото брашно, какаото и намачкайте с ръчна преса за картофи или ако имате кухненски робот, сложете всичко заедно и пулсирайте, докато се комбинират в енда лепкава пастетна консистенция. 2️⃣Добавете 20-те грама разтопен млечен шоколад и кокосовото масло и отново намачкайте/ пулсирайте, за да се комбинират. 3️⃣Най-накрая добавете киноата и я смесете ръчно с вилица или шпатула в сместа, като внимавате да не размесите твърде много, за да не развалите формата й. 4️⃣ Направете малки бонбони с ръце, сложете ги върху хартия за печене на плоска чиния и ги поставете във фризера за около 1-2 часа. 5️⃣Разтопете млечния шоколад от 120 грама в купичка, облейте и обвийте всеки бонбон в шоколад и го върнете върху хартията за печене. GF Banana Cake to kick off the weekend 🍰🍌💫Made this last month with all the ripe bananas we had and about to make a similar one with the littles for my step-dad’s birthday 🎂This version is grain-free, vegan-friendly and refined sugar free but I’ve included a few options for other ingredients you might have on hand instead. Happy Friday friends, hope you all have a beautiful weekend ☀️❤️❤️❤️ . . INGREDIENTS: 1.5 cups banana (about 4 large bananas) 1/3 cup creamy almond butter OR sub any other nut or seed butter 1/4 cup maple syrup (can sub with 3 Tbsp Lakanto SF maple syrup) 1/3 cup flaxseeds 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups superfine almond flour 1 tsp GF baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon . Optional Frosting: 6 ounces Dairy-Free Cream Cheese @kitehillfoods (can sub with regular cream cheese if not vegan or paleo) 3 Tbsp softened refined coconut oil (can sub with vegan butter or regular unsalted butter if not vegan) 3-4 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or maple sugar) 1/2 tsp vanilla . Chopped pecans, for topping . . . Instructions Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8 x 8 square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl using a fork. Add almond butter, flax seeds, vanilla and sweetener and mix until smooth. Stir in almond flour, baking powder & cinnamon. Spread batter into pan. Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool completely if topping with frosting. Combine all the ingredients for the frosting and mix until smooth. Celebrating with sprinkles because it’s Friday guys and because who doesn’t love sprinkles? || #MarissasWholeLife . Quick talk with ED: You can’t have that powdered sugar, and most definitely not those sprinkles. Those do not have healthy ingredients and you will gain weight in an instant. SAYS WHO? Oh that’s right, says ED. A little bit of powdered sugar and some very happy sprinkles are not going to cause me to do anything except jump with Joy. Yes, the ingredients may not be as clean as broccoli 🥦 BUT, that’s called living a balanced life and not living the life ED wants you to live ♥️ . My girl @bodybybreakfast made a KILLER cinnamon roll the other day, so of course I began craving one. For some reason, I always resort to birthday cake though. . Birthday Cake Cinnamon Roll . — in a mug that takes 2 minutes . - for the cinnamon roll 1 C of Almond Flour 1 tsp of Baking Powder 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda 1/3 C of Yogurt - for the inside coating 1 Tbsp of melted Coconut Oil 1 tsp of Almond Extract 2 Tbsps of Coconut Sugar . - for the glaze 2 Tbsps of @picnikshop Collagen Creamer 1/3 C of Powdered Sugar 1. Mix the ingredients for the cinnamon roll in a bowl. It may be a little sticky, so add a little more almond flour! 2. Coat a surface and your hands with flour, roll out the dough and flatten. Coat it with the filling. Cut into two long pieces, roll one first, then roll the second connected to the first to make one big roll. 3. Place in a microwave safe bowl and cook for about 2 minutes. 4. Make your glaze ingredients and pour all over. Top with sprinkles! Enjoy!

We celebrated Reese's half birthday last week (we'll take any reason to celebrate around here 😉) and whipped up this coconut strawberry cake! It was a team effort with Sammy and my niece Ari handling the measuring and baking and it turned out so good! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cake recipe was from @wellplated and frosting was @kalonasupernatural cream we whipped with a tiny bit of vanilla. I drizzled a tiny bit of honey over it right before serving, and to give you an indication of how much we loved this cake - it didn't even last a full day around here! 🍰⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ (There is no refined sugar or grains, so it makes a great special dessert for toddlers. Bom dia, alegria! ☀ É hoje que partilho com vocês a receita do gelado maravilha para poderem comer com as bolachinhas sexys (como diz a amiga @abacate.noponto ) de chocolate ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ GELADO CASEIRO DE BANANA E NOZ 🍌 Ingredientes: 🔸3 Bananas Maduras Congeladas 🔸200ml de Natas 🔸50gr Nozes 🔸1 a 2 cs de Stevia (ou outro adoçante) Preparação: 🍌 Bater as Natas com a Stevia; 🍌 Com varinha mágica ou liquidificador, tornar as bananas em puré (inicialmente elas vão ficar crumble mas se continuarem a bater vão virar puré); 🍌Acrescentar as nozes e triturar um pouco mais; 🍌 Deitar o preparado numa taça e adicionar as natas com auxílio de uma espátula; 🍌 Quando tudo estiver devidamente envolvido, levar ao congelador até solidificar (no meu demorou 6 horas, depende da potência). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ E já está! Today was my first time smoking all by myself as well as our fort time smoking a chicken or a beef roast. It turned out really good. The chicken was perfect and amazingly juice. The beef was a little more done than we wanted but was still so good. It had a crispy exterior but soft inside. We paired this we lots of veggies like normal and followed it up with some paleo banana blueberry “ice cream”. Thanks to @nomnompaleo for the “ice cream” recipe that was so easy my 4 year old did it all by herself (mommy watched). Coconut Butter “Reese’s” Freezer Fat Bombs 👏🏼😋 (keto) - Okay I don’t really know what these are but I made them today & they are GOOD. So perfect for #10daynosugarreset or anytime really! - I melted @artisanaorganics coconut butter and poured into an ice cube tray, covering just about 1/3 of each little ice cube section. I froze that for 20 minutes to harden the coconut butter for the bottom layer. - While the coconut butter was freezing in the ice cube tray, I melted & mixed: - -1 100% cacao unsweetened @ghirardelli chocolate bar -1/3 cup peanut butter (you can use any nut butter) -2 tbsp coconut oil -20 single drops 100% stevia (sweeten to taste this is very lightly sweetened, you can also use 100% monk-fruit, or if not on the no-sugar-reset, use maple syrup or lakanto syrup to taste) -1 tsp vanilla -Pinch of sea salt - Then I poured the chocolate peanut butter mixture over the top of the hardened coconut butter to fill each ice cube section. I drizzled with a ‘lil more peanut butter, sprinkled w/ sea salt & put back in the freezer for 20+ minutes. - So easy & satiating. They’re cute baby ice cube sized candies to pop 1 after dinner or when you feel like you need it! procrasti-baking at its finest 👋🏼 we got the news that we can move into our new loft apartment (!!) and we don’t have a single box packed. so, I logically made muffins. double chocolate muffins are the best packing snack, yeah? recipe BELOW! . INGREDIENTS: *makes 8 muffins 1 cup blanched almond flour 2 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp ground flax seed meal 1/2 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 2 eggs 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips . INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a muffin tin by either greasing with coconut oil or placing in paper liners. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. To the same bowl, add the wet ingredients and combine until totally incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips-reserving some for topping. Fill the muffin tin with the batter making each muffin cup 3/4 the way full. Top each with the reserved chocolate chips. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of a muffin. Let cool and enjoy! Xx

Stress and PMS can cause sugar cravings. I have lots of ways of managing my sweet cravings but when I can't resist, one of my favorites is chocolate cake in a cup. Yes, I said it. Cake! You can enjoy this cake without guilt because it's no carb, no sugar, no dairy, low carb…and low FODMAP! A healthy dessert and it tastes great! This recipe is from @theroastedroot . She rocks it for special diets. I’m definitely a fan of hers! ⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ 1 large egg ⠀ 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup⠀ 4 tablespoons finely ground almond flour⠀ 1 tablespoon coconut oil softened or melted⠀ 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder ⠀ ⠀ OPTIONAL ADD-INS:⠀ 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional⠀ 1 pinch sea salt⠀ 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar, optional⠀ ⠀ INSTRUCTIONS⠀ Stir all ingredients together very well in a large mug until well-combined. 🍫 🥥 I made some food porn 😂 Making white chocolate & paleo caramel from scratch is something I haven’t explored before! In the end I made some heart shaped vegan/paleo almost raw white + orange milk(vegan/rawish/paleo) chocolate with a middle layer of gooey homemade (also paleo/vegan) coconut based caramel sauce👌🏻🤤 I’m cutting so i’m just taking the pro tasters word for it that it’s the best thing I’ve ever made- win!
