Tretí deň bez mäsa, chleba (samozrejme aj múky ako takej), cestovín, sladkostí... Úprimne? Čakala som, že to bude horšie, ale zatiaľ sa to dá zvládnuť, aj keď spôsob varenia je iný a hlavne je stále zložitejšie vymyslieť nejaké jedlo. Ide hlavne o jedlá, ktoré musia zasýtiť aj fyzicky pracujúceho muža ako je môj drahý a zároveň aby mu to chutilo. Dnes som vymyslela zemiakové placky (mladé zemiaky pomiešané s batatom) a k tomu jemne pikantné soté bez mäsa so zeleninou a bielou fazuľkou. Do placiek som namiesto múky použila zemiakovú múčku a pomleté ovsené vločky. Poviem vám, robiť takéto bezlepkové placky🤦‍♀️ to je horror... Nech som sa akokoľvek snažila, to sa stále brutálne rozpadalo. A ľudia neverili by ste ako strašne mi to priháralo.. A to som skúšala uplne odlišné teploty🙈.. Ako, môžem povedať, že ja obdivujem celiatikov, fakt klobúk dolu, lebo nie je to po prvý krát, čo som sa pokúšala robiť bez lepku. Kokosové palacinky dopadli tiež ako trhance. Úprimne, posledné, väčšie placky pre @predseda.ultras.kovarce som nakoniec trošku zahustila špaldovou múkou. Piecť ich bola jedna báseň. Takže budem musieť nájsť buď lepší spôsob alebo nájsť viac druhov receptov pre ľudí, ktorí sa stravujú takto už dlhšie. Zatiaľ to všetko znášam vcelku v pohode a nemala som až také výrazné nervy, či výkyvy nálad. Trávenie sa zlepšuje stále viac, necítim sa už po jedle nafúknutá a hlieny tečú asi zo všadial a to nie som chorá. To je len proste dôsledok minulých stravovacích návykov, telo sa čistí. No a zatiaľ jeden deň ma dosť bolela hlava (to ale mohlo byť aj tlakom). Držte palce, ešte nie som ani za polkou 🙆‍♀️.. I thought of making only Kokum Tambuli and mushroom stir fry(only hubby eats) for lunch. Had a heavy breakfast in the morning (mint pulav with vegetables). But somehow I remembered moong dal payasam and wanted to make it immediately. I also made Indian borage (Dodda patre) fritters because my hubby and FIL likes fritters. So you can call it as a full meals with mornings mint pulav and raitha. Y lo mejor es que la preparan en veinte o quince minutos y es completamente #vegan !! 💜 Ingredientes: fríjoles ya hechos o en lata, aguacate, tomate, cebolla, mango. Base de: lechuga normal, acelga, y espinacas. 💚 Hacen la base en bowl donde ponen el mix de lechuga o lo que tengan. Summer Special Lunch🌞😋 In summer, Aamras-puri is such a bliss😍✨ And with it I have made simple aloo subji and केळ्याची कोशिंबीर/ 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙖🍌 This riped banana raita is authentic Marathi cuisin. It is very simple and easy to make yet super tasty😋 The combination of sweet and sour makes this 2 mins raita just delicious! . On my plate: Puris, Aamras, Aloo subji and Banana Raita😍 . 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙖 Ingredients: Riped bananas: 2 Yogurt/Curd: 1 bowl Sugar: spoonful Salt: for taste Coriander/Dhaniya: chopped Tempering(optional): oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves . How to make: 🥄Cut the Bananas in round slices. (Immediately prepare raita as banana gets blackened) 🥄In a bowl take yogurt or curd. Just make sure that it is not sour. 🥄Add sugar and salt for taste. And whip a little until mix well. 🥄Then add sliced bananas in it and mix well. Lastly add chopped coriander. 🥄You can also add tempering in it using mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves in oil.(optional) 🥄Serve after refrigerating for a while. Do give it a try an Enjoy😋 🥄I have skipped the tempering part as I want to minimize the usage of oil. Śniadanie, a może wczesny obiad? Chyba najbliższe prawdy będzie określenie lunch 😄 chociaż nie jest to całkiem prawda, bo dzisiaj mam tak leniwy dzień, że wstałam dopiero koło 10, przemontowalam film do pracy i dalej wylegiwałam się do 12:30 aż wreszcie postanowiłam, że jeśli w ogóle mam coś zjeść to musi to być coś ekstra. Także jakby ktoś szukał pomysłu na pyszne danie to polecam Omlet że szpinakiem. PAPA CON RELLENO DE POLLO INGREDIENTES 1/2 pechuga de pollo deshilachado 3 papas grandes 7 Hojas de espinaca 2 huevos 2 zanahorias hervidas y picadas en cubitos Sal y pimienta al gusto PREPARACIÓN Primero ponemos a hervir las papas una vez cocidas abrilas por un lado y con ayuda de una cuchara hacer un agujero para poder colocar el relleno dentro . En un recipiente colocamos los huevos sal y pimienta batimos hasta que todo quede mezclado, añadimos las zanohorias y el pollo junto a la espinaca picada mezclamos todo con esta mezcla debemos rellenar la papa *opcional pueden poner queso encima , llevar al horno por unos 20 minutos y listo 😋 . . . . . #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthyrecipes #recetassaludables #vidasaludable #helathylunch
