🌸PAN DE HAMBURGUESA🌸 Buenas gente, hoy ha tocado día de experimentos. De sabor y textura un exitazo. De pinta yo digo que también 😁 aunque la próxima tengo que aplastarlos un poco menos para que queden más abombados. Como siempre 100% realfood. Sin azúcar y con harina integral. 🔹INGREDIENTES🔹 ✔️370g Harina de espelta integral ✔️15g levadura fresca ✔️1 Huevo (medio para la masa y el otro medio para pintar) ✔️150ml Leche ✔️15ml Aceite ✔️1 Datil medjoul ✔️5 Sal 🔹RECETA🔹 Lo primero es poner la leche en un vaso y añadir el dátil. Meter en el micro a calentar. Cuando el dátil esté blando, quitamos la piel y el hueso. Lo deshacemos en la leche. Esperamos que enfríe. En un bol ponemos la harina mezclada con la sal. En forma de volcán. Cuando la leche esté del tiempo deshacemos en ella la levadura fresca. Y añadimos esta mezcla al bol. Incorporamos también el aceite y la mitad del huevo. Mezclamos hasta que se haga una masa homogénea. Si la ves muy pegajosa añade un poco más de harina. Debe quedar una masa bastante blandita pero que no se nos pegue a las manos. La dejamos reposar media hora tapada con un paño en el mismo bol con un poco de harina en el fondo. En un lugar cálido, como el horno apagado. O si es invierno con el horno precalentado a 40° y apagado. Veréis q pasado ese tiempo dobla de tamaño. Desgasificamos y amasamos de nuevo. Cortamos con cuchillo piezas de unos 100g a mi me salieron 5ud. Las boleamos(le dais forma de bola) y aplastamos un poco con las manos para que no queden tan redonda (no os paséis como yo 😂) a una bandeja con papel vegetal, las pintas con la otra mitad del huevo y al horno precalentado 180° unos diez minutos. Hasta que estén doradas. 🌸Se pueden congelar, yo los corto, los filmo y los meto en bolsa bien cerrados. Espero que os animéis a hacerlos! Dale ❤️ si te ha gustado 😆🌸

Alguna vez pensaste o te preguntaste... ¿De que forma puedo comer verduras en invierno? ¿Que hago? ¿Que cocino? “No se me ocurre nada”... Porque obviamente, cuando hace frío, no nos dan ganas de comer una ensalada o verduras crudas y frías... no? Pues aquí te dejo una opción que para mi, es una de las MEJORES OPCIONES, una de las más ricas y sabrosas de consumir verduras!!!👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 🌶🧅🥒🍅🍆𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘🌶🧅🥒🍅🍆 (cómo la peli 😛) . ¿QUE NECESITAS? 🍆1 berenjena grande 🍅1 tomate grande 🌶1 morron verde y rojo 🥒2 zapallitos 🧅1 cebolla (opcional) 🧄1 diente de ajo 🥄 3 cdas soperas de aceite 👌🏻Condimentos varios (yo utilice 1 cdita de provenzal, 1 cdita de ají molido, 1 cdita de especias surtidas) y 1 cda de sal . PASO PASO👇🏻 1️⃣Lavar bien y cortar la berenjena en rodajas. Luego poner todo en una olla con agua y sal y dejar reposar 15/20 minutos para que se le vaya lo amargo. Luego tirar el agua, enjuagar una vez más y listo. 2️⃣Mientras dejas reposando las rodajas de berenjena. Lavar y cortar en rodajas también las demás verduras. Reservar. 3️⃣En un potecito mezclar el aceite, el ajo picado chiquito, el puré de tomate y los condimentos. 4️⃣Prender el horno así ya se va calentando y añadir un poco de esa mezcla en la base del recipiente y pincelar o distribuir bien. 5️⃣Colocar en un recipiente para horno (puede ser redondo, ovalado, cuadrado) las verduras intercaladas una por una y en forma de espiral. 6️⃣Añadir o pincelar por arriba de las verduras el resto de la mezcla de condimentos. 7️⃣Si queres podes tapar el recipiente con papel aluminio para que las verduras salgan bien tiernitas 🤤 8️⃣Llevar a horno medio por 30/40 minutos. 9️⃣Dejar enfriar y ¡DISFRUTAR! . Decime si no te hace agua la bocaaaa 🤤. ⭐️ RECIPE OF THE WEEK ⭐️ - Turkey Stuffed Peppers - 33g protein and 22g carbs per serving, ideal if your goal is currently fat loss. - What you need: - ✫ 195g brown rice, cooked ✫ 4 bell peppers ✫ 450g mince turkey breast ✫ 1⁄2 yellow onion, chopped ✫ 2 cloves garlic, minced ✫ 1 1⁄2 tbsp. mixed herbs ✫ 300ml tomato paste ✫ 35g mozzarella, grated - What you need to do: - Cook rice according to instructions on the packaging. - Cut bell peppers in half, remove seeds and set aside. - In a large dry non-stick pan, cook the minced turkey with the onion and garlic for about 8 mins. Remove from the heat and add the rice, 1 cup tomato sauce, mixed herbs, cinnamon, and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well. - Preheat oven to 190C. Place the bell peppers in a baking dish (if they are leaning too much, trim the bottom slightly to create a flat surface). - Stuff each bell pepper with the turkey and rice mixture. Top each pepper with 1 tbsp. tomato sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. - Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom baking dish, this will help steam the peppers - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes. - Remove foil and bake uncovered for about 5 more minutes. - Serve immediately or cool and store in the fridge for later. #sevenmovement #team7m

Gnocchis maison, crème de poivron et gorgonzola #recettedujour Pour 4 personnes : 5 pommes de terre 3 poivrons rouges 2 jaunes d’œufs 100g de farine 60g de gorgonzola 12 noix Quelques feuilles de céleri Huile d’olive Sel, poivre Épluchez les pommes de terre et cuisez les dans l’eau bouillante environ 15-20 minutes. Vérifiez la cuisson en piquant un couteau, si il sort sans difficulté, elles sont prêtes. Brûlez la peau des poivrons au grill dans le four. Une fois qu’ils sont noirs, emballez les dans un sac hermétique jusqu’à ce qu’ils refroidissent. Épluchez les par la suite et mixez la chair des poivrons avec un peu d’huile d’olive, du sel, du poivre et un peu d’eau pour rendre la sauce bien homogène. Écrasez les pommes de terre pour obtenir une purée. Ajoutez les jaunes d'œuf et la farine. Travaillez le mélange, formez une boule puis un boudin. Détaillez des morceaux de la taille d’une gnocchi. Pour le façonnage, appuyez avec vos doigts au centre de chaque boulettes avec une fourchette. Plongez les gnocchis dans une casserole d’eau bouillante jusqu’à ce qu’ils remontent à la surface. Égouttez les et passez les dans une poêle chaude avec de l’huile d’olive pour les faire dorer. Dans l'assiette, disposez la sauce au centre à l’aide d’un emporte pièce. Today I have a Huge Announcement!!!! Some of you may or may not know that 3 years ago I made a conscious decision on learning how to accept and love myself ❤️ It started with a lifestyle change. I began to care about what I ate and how I treated to my body. I am going to be brutally honest here... I have never liked my physique, on the contrary, I despised it. That and many other challenges that I‘ve been carrying my whole life made me neglect myself to the point that I was extremely vulnerable to people who, well, didn’t have any moral. So I fell, touched rock bottom and there was no other way but going back up! 👆👆 After a few struggles and feeling overwhelmed by the amount of info on fitness and nutrition I found my perfect solution. I joined an accountability group where I get daily support, motivation, recipes and tips. The clarity in terms of information and accountability shocked me and I fell in love with the community and the workout programs, they have taught me so much and I can take them anywhere! It is like having a personal Trainer on your phone. Having a nutrition plan that I can easily follow while learning from it! I love my entire fitness community and this is the 2nd year that I am signing up! I decided that I couldn’t keep this a secret. I wanted to pay it forward and help others feel the same way I do! I know what is like to be unhappy inside and out but now I know what is like to be proud of myself, to build my sense of self, to give myself dignity and integrity. Thank you to my team! I did not know that I was about to change my life and, save my life. My friend kept posting about her health and her journey. So I decided to reach out to her and then February 11, 2019 I started my journey. And my friend became my health coach. Within one week into the program. I notice changes to my health. Minced chicken pasta with kale, mushrooms and carrots 😊 After a long day, I wanted to make something quick for dinner. After checking out options, pasta seemed to be the solution 😉 Took me around 25 mins to make this: 1. Boil the pasta as per instructions. I used wholemeal spaghetti. 2. Chop garlic, onion and vegetables of choice. I had a box of kale lying in the fridge, so used it up. Added carrots and mushrooms as well (I like a good mix of color in food). 3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic. Add onion, carrots followed by mushrooms. 4. Add the minced chicken. Cook for few minutes. 5. Add herbs if you have. I added some mixed herbs which we had bought during our previous travel (Who knows when we can travel next)! 6. Add the pasta sauce (I added store bought tomato based pasta sauce) & mix well. 7. Add the pasta. Mix well. Add the kale leaves. Add salt as needed. 8. Cook for few more minutes &......done! Решила приготовить очередной рецепт из книги “Здорово едим” - получилось вкусно, поэтому с радостью делюсь с вами🤗 ⠀ Сливочный суп с курицей и грибами ⠀ •200 гр куриного филе •200 гр грибов (пишут, любых-у меня свежие шампиньоны) •200 гр жирных сливок •1 луковица •1 ст.л сливочного масла •50 гр петрушки ⠀ Нарезаем филе кубиками и тушим в небольшом количестве воды, в течение 30 минут, снимая пенку. Режем лук и грибы, обжариваем на сливочном масле 5-10 минут. Вливаем в тушеную курицу сливки и добавляем грибы с луком, соль и перец. Доводим до кипения на сильном огне, затем убавляем до среднего и варим ещё 15 минут. Подаём со свежей зеленью🌱

Scoop the filling into a quart-sized heavy zip baggie and set it aside. Tips: Before swirling, open up the baggie again and give it a good stir to re-incorporate any butter that may have separated from the sugar. You want the mixture to thicken a bit- it’s best when it’s similar to the squeezing texture of a tube of toothpaste, which will happen if you leave it at room temperature for several minutes. Don’t try to use the filling for the pancake swirl unless it has thickened as it will be too runny to make a solid swirl. 🥗 GRILLED AND MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD🥗 From time to time, a good little salad is nothing better😻. * INGREDIENTS🥬🍋: - Red pepper🌶 - Green pepper - Zucchini🥒 - Onion🧅 - Garlic🧄 - Lamb’s lettuce🥬 - Mozzarella or Burrata or Feta🧀 - Balsamic vinegar - Olive oil - Thyme - Basil🍃 * RECIPE🥗🥣: 1️⃣ Roughly cut your vegetables, mix them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a little thyme and basil powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Then, grill everything in the oven at 180 degrees🔥 for 15min ⏰ on each side. 2️⃣ Once well grilled, leave to cool🧊 in a container🥣 then add 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with a little lemon juice🍋 if desired. 2️⃣ In a plate🍽, arrange your lamb's lettuce (or other lettuce)🥬 and your vegetables which have marinated in the sauce🌶🥒🧅. Add the chosen cheese (feta cheese is strongly recommended) 🧀 then season it all again with a little salt🧂, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chives and lemon juice 🍋 if desired. ——————————————————————————-🗣🇫🇷————————— 🥗SALADE AUX LÉGUMES GRILLÉS ET MARINÉS🥗 De temps en temps, une bonne petite salade y’a rien de mieux😻. INGRÉDIENTS🥬🍋: Poivron rouge🌶 Poivron vert Courgette🥒 Oignon🧅 Ail🧄 Mâche🥬 Mozzarella ou Burrata ou Fêta🧀 Vinaigre balsamique Huile d’olive Thym Basilic RECETTE🥣🥗: 1️⃣ Coupez vos légumes grossièrement, mélangez-les avec 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive, un peu de thym et de basilic en poudre, du sel, du poivre, de l’ail en poudre et 2 gousse d’ail hachées.
