Hello everyone 👋🏻 I hope you all are staying strong and staying safe. I haven’t posted for a few days, aside from on my story, because I wanted the important posts about what’s been going on in the country to be heard and seen. I am going to slowly be posting again, but still not as much, for the moment. However, because I am still keeping myself accountable, I want to continue posting recipes and food, to not only help myself, but others as well. Right now we are encountering stressful times and experiencing intense emotions, which means it’s also a time when we can really lose control and eat whatever we want, and “relapse”. I honestly haven’t been eating great, but today I decided to refocus and make a high protein and fiber lunch, and it really felt good to eat it 👏🏻 I mixed together garbanzo beans, hard boiled eggs, a little olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chopped yellow onion, and cilantro, to make a little salad. Best part is, it’s only 1sp! Ideja za lagani ručak. Šarenilo u tepsiji. Jaja i povrće, za 40-ak minuta spremno za mezu. Po receptu @zdravi_i_fit_recepti_by_tina koja sutra ima svoju radionicu litnjih i zdravih delicija. Jedva čekamoo 😍 Pa u to ime, malo motivacije 🍻 Recept: -7 jaja -4 manja krumpira -šalica smrznute mrkve i biža (graška) -šalice svježeg posnog sira -nekoliko šparoga -malo naribane tikvice -1 mlada kapulica -1 prašak za pecivo -sol -papar -koja kap maslinovog ulja Jaja umutiti sa soli, paprom i praškom za pecivo. Krumpire izribati i pomiješati sa jajima. Na tepsiju staviti koju kap maslinovog ulja, pa uliti smjesu jaja i krumpira. Preko staviti mrkvu, grašak, mladu kapulicu, šparoge i sir. Još malo sve skupa posoliti i popapriti. Staviti peći u zagrijanu pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Peći pola sata, zatim dodati izribanu tikvicu i peći još 10 minuta. Today I had some lovely veg with scrambled eggs (I love eggs so you will see them included most days!) - I added a little soy sauce and Worcester sauce for flavouring. Dinner was a lovely salad (lettuce, spinach, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, pineapple and some cheese and pine nuts. It was surrounded by all the meats - the last of my continental meat selection pack and lots of the tandoori chicken (which my mum makes to put on pizzas every Friday). Yep I also had 2 cheeky scones. My twin made them and they’re amazing! I had them with @roddas_cream clotted cream and some jam 😋 Also, today marks the end of my first week on this journey and I am so excited to weigh in tomorrow! No Yeast Pizza Dough ・・・ Keto Pizza from @ houseofyumm is an easy to make crispy pizza crust is low carb and perfect for a weeknight meal the whole family will love! Prep time 5 min Total time 10 min Serves 4-5 Calories 267 INGREDIENTS 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour (glutenfree flour can be substituted) 1 tbsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 1 cup milk (almond milk can be substituted) ¼ cup butter, room temperature DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, or prepare your pizza pan to your preference or instructions. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, using dough hook mix on low speed until one ball of dough forms. (This can be made without a mixer, you will just stir until you have a ball of dough that forms) Sprinkle flour onto a rolling pin and your hands, remove the ball of dough from the mixing bowl and pat down with flour to help form into a solid ball. Dough may be slightly sticky straight from the mixer. Roll the dough into a ball and set onto the prepared baking sheet. Using the rolling pin coated with flour roll out the dough to desired thickness, mine was about 1/4 of an inch thick. Spread with Homemade Pizza Sauce (see next post). Top with desired toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, allow time to cool and enjoy! Sweet Potato Fries Estas delicias yo me las como con el mismo aderezo de chipotle que uso para los tacos. Ingredientes: - 2 a 3 camotes - bowl con agua y hielo - comino, sal de ajo, sal, pimienta y paprika, maicena - aceite de oliva En el bowl con agua fria y hielo colocar los camotes ya partidos en slices durante 30 min aprox. Sacarlos y cocerlas en una olla hasta que estén un poco suaves pero no tan suaves que las usarían para un puré. Aprox 5 min en boiling mode. Luego secarlas y agregarle todo los condimentos y revolverlas para que todas estén cubiertas. En un tray colocar aceite de oliva y luego los slices de camote. Meter al horno a 425F por 15 min aprox. Homemade tofu with spinach & tomatoes 🍛 Здравейте, мили хора. От много време искам да експериментирам и да направя домашно тофу. И ето - днес ви го представям - в комбинация със задушен спанак и доматки. Необходими продукти: За тофуто: 🌱1л соево мляко - може да използвате готово или да си приготвите сами със соеви зърна; 🌱100мл вода; 🌱20мл сок от изцеден лимон. За ястието: 🌱Приготвеното тофу; 🌱Соев сос; 🌱Кокосово масло или гхи; 🌱100г спанак; 🌱1 домат; 🌱Куркума, чесън на прах, червен пипер. Приготвяне: 1. Изсипете млякото в тенджера и сложете на среден котлон. 2. Разбърквайте постоянно, защото млякото много лесно загаря на дъното. 3. След като заври, отместете от котлона, изсипете част от смесената вода и лимон и разбърквайте. 4. Добавете останалата вода с лимон, доразбъркайте със шпатулка и оставете за малко да почине. 5. Подгответе си гевгир, покрит с кърпа (от типа за приготвяне на сирене). 6. Когато течността стане леко прозрачна, изсипете в гевгира и отцедете максимално количество от водата. Je me suis tant amusée à créer ma propre vision/version du Hot Dog (oui faut de l’imagination haha) et je suis plutôt fière du résultat : c’est beau et bon😜 Il s’agit d’un Hot Dog 100% Vegan : la patate douce rôtie au four fait office de pain et les saucisses de tofu fumé au bois de hêtre viennent remplacer les saucisses viennoises ! Elles sont 100% composées d’ingrédients et de protéines végétales, sources de fibres. Pour garnir mon Hot Dog, j’ai réalisé une compotée d’oignons caramélisés et un ketchup de tomates séchées. Pour le réaliser, c’est très simple : mixez 50g de tomates séchées avec 4/5 cas d’eau, 1 cas d’huile d’olive, 2 cas de jus de citron, 2 cas de vinaigre balsamique, 2 cas de sauce soja salée, de l’ail en poudre et du paprika fumé. 2 день эксперимента. На улице уже какой день замечательная (для меня) погода💖 На весах: -700 грамм. 68.80. Как я вчера и писала, перекусов у меня и не было. Завтрак оказался очень сытным, что я даже обедать не особо хотела, а второго перекуса не было, потому что занималась долго и на горизонте замаячил ужин🤷🏻‍♀️ Так что, никаких перекусов. И это отлично.
