Nasi goreng de tofu ahumado🌱 Hola chicxs ☺️ hoy ha tocado para comer esta receta indonesia, bien picante y deliciosa. Es súper fácil de preparar en casa y podéis sustituir el tofu por legumbreta, seitan o heura. La recetilla 👇 200 gr de tofu ahumado 1/2 pimiento verde 1 /2 pimiento rojo 1/2 cebolla 1 diente de ajo 1 cdita de pasta de curry rojo 1 yogur de soja 100 ml de leche de avena 100 gr de arroz basmati 1️⃣Pochamos la cebolla y los pimientos, todo cortado en tiras finas. Añadimos el tofu cortado en dados y doramos durante unos minutos. 2️⃣Añadimos la pasta de curry, yogur y bebida de avena. Mezclamos bien y llevamos a ebullición. 3️⃣Dejamos que se cocine durante 10 minutos para que los ingredientes se impregnen bien de los aromas. Reservamos. 4️⃣Cocemos el arroz, lo escurrimos bien y lo salteamos. I’ve been craving a lemon loaf lately but we also had so many super ripe bananas laying around. So I made a COCONUT LEMON BANANA LOAF with a cream cheese frosting 🍋🍌🥥🧁 • WHAT YOU NEED: Wet: Super 2 big bananas (215g) 1 egg 1/4 cup | 45g unflavored oil (I used olive) Juice of 1 medium sized lemon 3 tbsp | 45g rice malt syrup 1 tsp vanilla Dry: 1/2 cup | 85g Oats 1/3 cup | 45g coconut flour 5 tbsp | 30g shredded coconut 1 tsp baking powder • Combine the wet ingredients. Then blend the oats into flour and combine dry ingredients. Add dry to wet mixture and mix well. Ésta es una de las versiones dulces que más me gustan del aguacate 🤤; además, les cuento que el envase en el que está servido era del yogurt de coco, y , en vez de botarlo , busqué darle una 2 oportunidad. Reuse, reduce, recycle ♻️. @amomils . 🍦🥑 Ingredientes:. . • 1 aguacate hass preferiblemente congelado. • 1/2 yogurt de coco de chocolate @amomils . • 1 banano congelado. . • Endulzante al gusto. • 1 cucharadita de cacao @chocolates_leyenda . • Frasco de yogurt de coco de @amomils . . • Chorrito de leche de marañon de @amomils . • Toppings : cacao nibs @chocolates_leyenda + semillas de girasol + nueces 🥜 . . 🍦🥑 Proceso:. . 1️⃣ Licúa el banano congelado + el aguacate congelado + el chorrito de leche @amomils + el Endulzante hasta tener una mezcla homogénea. 🍕 ¿Alguien dijo Pizza? Por qué no preparar la masa de un día para otro. Toma papel y lápiz porque allá vamos con esta receta para conseguir resultados impresionantes. 🍕 Ingredientes ½ taza 120 ml de agua tibia 2 cucharaditas de levadura seca (Aprox. 1 sobre de 7 gr) 1 cucharadita de azúcar blanca granulada 4 tazas (640 g) de harina para pan/de fuerza (También se puede usar harina de trigo ~ 560 g) 8gr de Sal fina o 4gr de sal gruesa. 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva + más para engrasar el recipiente 1 taza de agua tibia Mezcla ½ taza de agua tibia, la levadura, y el azúcar en un contenedor pequeño y déjala reposar por 5-8 minutos o hasta que se forme espuma por encima indicando que la levadura se ha activado. Agrega la harina y sal al contenedor de una mezcladora y mezcla bien. Agrega el aceite de oliva, mezcla de la levadura y el resto de agua tibia. Amasa hasta que la misma esté suave y elástica. Agrega el aceite de oliva, mezcla de la levadura, y agua tibia. Revuelve bien hasta que la masa se empiece a despegar del recipiente. Coloca la masa sobre una superficie plana enharinada y amásala con la palma de las manos por unos 8-10 minutos hasta que la masa esté suave y elástica. SPINACH TOMATO MINI CROSTATAS These are by no means traditional crostatas but I made my own version and they turned out amazing. The crust was perfectly crispy and the filling was simple and delicious. The dough is based on jalapeño cheddar bagel bites I posted sometime ago (Those were also such a hit in our home😊). Preparing savory snacks is definitely a challenge for me especially if I’m trying to make them on healthier side so these are something I’ll be definitely making regularly. You can customize the filling based on what you have on hand and whole thing comes together within 30 minutes. Details Makes 6 For Dough Unbleached all purpose flour -3/4 cup (you can sub with gluten-free oats flour) Thick Greek yogurt- 3/4 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Mix everything above and knees until dough forms. Tip- Add half yogurt first and keep adding little bit at a time until you get dough consistency. Sauté spinach in pan until it wilts and add cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sauté for just a minute and add 1/2 tsp corn starch or tapioca flour and mix in. Divide the dough into 6 balls and flatten them with a rolling pin. Make sure the thickness is the same throughout. Spread some pesto in the center. Place the filling and pinch and fold the edges. Brush egg wash to the edges and top with sesame seeds and feta cheese. TEQUEÑOS DE PLATANO🤤 . Me tenía pendiente esta receta porque el antojo era gigante. Quedaron divinos (y con la aprobación de mi papá 😂). . INGREDIENTES: . 🍌2 plátanos macho maduros (grandes). 🍌Harina de avena @avelina_ve -Sal (opcional). 🍌Queso bajo en sodio (o vegano, como desees) cortado en bastones PROCEDIMIENTO: Corta los plátanos a la mitad y mete en el microondas por 1-1:30 min. Sácalos y haz puré con ellos. Agrega, poco a poco, la harina de avena mientras amasas. Cuando ya puedas amasar sin que nada se pegue, deja reposar unos 5-10 min (aquí precalientas el horno a 400°F). Arma tus tequeños aplastando una bolita de masa, envolviendo el queso y compactando todo como si fuera plastilina. Pon en una bandeja y lleva al horno por 15-25 min (en la mitad del tiempo los volteas). . ¡Listo! Hi good morning!!⁣ ⁣ Here is my airfryer recipe of the week! I’m all about eating healthy but I don’t believe that you have to slave in the kitchen for hours ... who has time for that?!! Here’s the recipe for this week:⁣ ⁣ Toasted Coconut French Toast - 2 slices of your choice of bread⁣ - 1/2 cup of light coconut milk⁣ - 1 tsp baking powder⁣ - 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut⁣ - 1 banana for toppings - As much cinnamon as you want ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ First , mix the milk and baking powder in a bowl. Next fill a separate bowl with the shredded coconut.⁣ ⁣ Then, dip the bread into the coconut milk 🥥 for a few seconds then transfer it over to the plate with the shredded coconut.⁣ Place bread slices into the air fryer.⁣ Set heat for 350 and cook for 4-5 minutes! ⁣ ⁣ That’s it! Super easy and yummy!
