Yogurt Bowl with Homemade Granola to start the day🌞 Topped everything with cinnamon sugar and honey! Hope everyone is staying positive, safe and healthy today🤍 Vanilla Almond Cinnamon Granola: -2 cups rolled oats (I used gluten free) -1 cup sliced raw almonds -1/2 cup raw maple syrup -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 tsp cinnamon Mix ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Bake at 350 for around 15 minutes, stirring halfway thru. To make your bowl, start with a layer of yogurt (I used @traderjoes non-fat Greek) and top with your favorite toppings! I used fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Honey nut protein granola recipe!🤩 This is so easy to make, you really can’t mess this one up! 246 calories per serving & 12g protein ☺️ 250g oats (i used jumbo oats) 2 scoops vanilla whey 1 tsp sweet cinnamon, 1tsp ginger 2 egg whites 100ml honey 50g chopped nuts 40g chopped dried apricots (optional) Mix it all thoroughly and spread evenly on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 170 fan for 15 mins, remove and lightly break up, add 40g of raisins and spray the top with fry light and put back in the oven for 10 minutes! Thought I'd share my simple nutty granola recipe: 3 tbsp coconut oil 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 3 cups oats 1 cup nuts (I used walnuts and cashews) 1/2 cup seeds Melt oil and syrup together. Add everything else and stir well to coat. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir, then cook for a further 10 minutes or until golden. Once cooled you can add some optional extras. I've added 1 cup toasted coconut and 1/2 cup chopped dates. I like to serve a little granola with some coconut or yoghurt and chopped banana 😋 I stocked up on nuts, coconut and dates at @hollandandbarrett as they have some great offers on at the moment like 2 large bags of nuts for £10 and buy one get one half price on loads of items. Granola Casera: recetón súper fácil, delicioso y se puede almacenar varios días. . Granola de avena, almendras y vainilla: . 3 tazas de avena en hojuelas 1 taza de almendras fileteadas 1/2 taza de harina sin gluten 1/2 cucharadita de sal 1 cucharadita de canela 3/4 taza de aceite de coco derretido 1/2 taza de sirope de maple 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla . Precalentar el horno a 300 grados. Mezclar la hojuelas de avena, harina, sal, canela en un bol. Por separado mezclar el aceite de coco, el sirope de maple, y vainilla y mezclar todo junto. Esparcir en una bandeja grande. Hornear por 20 minutos dar la vuelta y seguir horneando por otros 20 minutos. Sacar del horno y no tocar. Pour the coconut oil mixture over the oat mixture and stir fully combined. Spread the mixture evenly on to a tray. Bake 20 minutes stir and bake another 20minutes. This Homemade vanilla honey granola is to die for😍 it makes for a delicious healthy breakfast or snack. I’ve been really in the mood for a good granola recently and I finally got the my granola recipe perfect! It is so much better than store bought granola and way less expensive too! Making your own granola is super quick and easy. dEATs ——> -combine 2 cups of rolled oats, 2 cups of chopped nuts( I used walnuts, and if you want less nuts use 1 cup), 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil, 1/3 cup of honey and 1 tbs of vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly combined. Spread onto a baking sheet in one thin even layer and bake for 25-30 min at 300 degrees. Yoghurt Parfait with Granola and berries!! 🍒Very quick and simple!! Full of antioxidants and super healthy!! 🍒Can be eaten as a dessert or breakfast! Just follow the recipe!! Ingredients- Granola - 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds - 1tbsp Flaxseeds - 1 tsp Almond slivers - 1 tbsp Raisins/ dried berries- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt - 1/2 cup Honey - 1 tbsp Fresh Mixed berries - 1/2 cup Method- 1. Combine all the ingredients except honey, yoghurt and fresh berries. 2. In a separate bowl combine honey and yoghurt. 3. Take 2 wine glass or any other glasses in which you wish to serve. Spoon a large dollop of yogurt into each and top with a large spoonful of granola mix and a few fresh berries on top. 4. Repeat the layers once more in each glass. 5. Garnish with mint and serve cold. . . Berries are some of the healthiest foods you can eat, as they're low in calories but high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Many berries have proven benefits for heart health. These include lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, while reducing oxidative stress. Oltre a questa versione base, sul web spopolano moltissime ricette, ma attenzione agli ingredienti, soprattutto agli zuccheri!🍬 Vi lascio la mia versione😉 🥄100g di fiocchi d'avena 🥄100g di cereali soffiati a piacere ( miglio, riso, orzo,farro) 🥄120g di frutta secca ( noci, mandorle,nocciole...) 🥄15g di semini vari ( girasole, sesamo,zucca...) 🥄30 ml di olio di semi di girasole 🥄50 ml di sciroppo d'acero o miele 🥄50 ml di acqua A piacere potete aggiungere qualche goccia di cioccolato, o uvetta... ✅Tagliare a coltello la frutta a guscio e i semi oleosi. ✅In una ciotola mescolate il mix di cereali e la frutta secca. ✅in un pentolino scaldare l'olio, l'acqua e lo sciroppo d'acero, fino ad ebollizione. ✅Versare i liquidi nella ciotola e mescolare per bene. ✅ Distribuire su una leccarda ricoperta con carta forno, tutto il composto e infornare a 180° per 20 Min. Girare a metà cottura per fare dorare bene i cereali. ✅Lasciare raffreddare, aggiungere le goccine di cioccolato e conservare in un contenitore ermetico per circa 15 gg. Mix all the dry ingredients 2. Chop the walnuts and the dates roughly 3. Add the liquid ingredients as well as the dates and give it a good mix 4. Этими рецептами я всегда делюсь с вами не только письменно, но и видео на моём канале. Дарю вам ещё один полюбившейся мне рецепт. Готовьте обязательно. Но не передержите в духовке, как я это люблю 🙈. Часто бывает "вот ещё чуть-чуть". И БАЦ! Ваша гранола пере-агорафобии в духовке 😀 ⠀ 🛒ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: ⠀ ✔️2½ стакана (250 г) овсяных хлопьев; ✔️½ стакана (75 г) сырого миндаля, крупно нарезанного; ✔️ ½ чашки (30 г) несладкого тертого кокоса; ✔️½ стакана (70 г) тыквенных семечек; ✔️ ¼ чашки (50 г) коричневого сахара; ✔️ ½ чайной ложки корицы; ⠀ ✔️ ¼ чашки (60 мл) растительного масла. У меня кокосовое; ✔️ ¼ чашка (60 мл) кленового сиропа; ✔️ ¼ чашки (60 мл) миндального масла/пасты/урбеча - кто как это называет ); ✔️ 1 чайная ложка (5 мл) чистого ванильного экстракта; ✔️¾ ч.л. соли; ⠀ ✔️2 столовые ложки (20 г) семян конопли; ✔️ ½ чашки (80 г) сушеного манго, тонко нарезанного ⠀ 🍯 КАК ГОТОВИМ: ⠀ Разогреваем духовку до 325 ° F (160 ° C). В большую миску смешиваем: овсяные хлопья, кокос, миндаль, тыквенные семечки, коричневый сахар, корицу и перемешайте. В отдельную среднюю миску добавляем масло, сироп, миндальное масло, ваниль и соль. Всё хорошо перемешиваем до однородного соуса. Вливаем эту влажную смесь в сухую смесь и перемешиваем. Перекладываем гранолу в большой противень на пергаментную бумагу. Выпекаем в духовке в течение 30 минут или до слегка золотистого цвета. Иногда открывем и перемешиваем состав. Достаём из духовки и даём остыть. Пока гранола будет остывать - она ещё будет допекаться. После охлаждения добавляем семена конопли и высушенный манго, перемешиваем и засыпаем в герметичную емкость. ⠀ Поедаем с йогуртом, молоком или просто хрумпостим в качестве перекуса присёрбывая любимым напитком (чай, кофе). ⠀ 📜ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: *Хранить в герметичном контейнере/банке до одного месяца. *Попробуйте арахисовое масло вместо миндального масла. Almond Chia Granola 1/2 cup almond butter 1/2 cup 100% raw honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 2 cups old fashioned oats 2 cups coconut flakes unsweetened 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp whole flax seeds Mix almond butter and honey together (warm 30 seconds if needed) add vanilla and cinnamon and stir. Add oats and seeds and stir again Bake @ 325 for 8 mins. Stir and bake another 8 mins. Stir again then let the granola cool.

*PUMPKIN GRANOLA*⁣ ⁣ Do I really need to say anything more?!?!⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 1/4 cup coconut oil⁣ 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣ 1/2 cup pumpkin puree⁣ 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats⁣ 1/2 cup chopped pecans⁣ 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds⁣ 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice⁣ 1 teaspoon fine sea salt⁣ ⁣ Instructions:⁣ ⁣ 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.⁣ ⁣ 2. Combine coconut oil and maple syrup in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30-60 seconds, add pumpkin puree and stir to combine.⁣ ⁣ 3. Add oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to the bowl. Stir well to mix everything evenly.⁣ ⁣ 4. Spread mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 15 minutes.⁣ ⁣ 5. - 🍰BIRTHDAY CAKE GRANOLA🍰 Today, I was craving something sweet... as usual. I have also wanted to make granola for a long time, so I made this amazing homemade birthday cake flavored granola! It was so tasty! You can eat granola in so many ways and it goes with literally anything: top on yogurt, sprinkle on smoothie bowls and oatmeal, or just eat it plain as a snack (may have already did this today haha). I totally recommend this recipe! - - INGREDIENTS: -dry: - 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats - 3/4 cup instant oats - 3/4 cup sliced almonds - 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener/sugar (can sub coconut sugar) - wet: - 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (preferably refined, but I used unrefined and it still turned out good!) - 2 tbs maple syrup or agave - 2 tbs vanilla extract - other: - 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles - - DIRECTIONS -preheat oven to 300f - mix together dry ingredients (except sprinkles) - drizzle in wet ingredients and coat all pieces - carefully fold in sprinkles - line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the granola mixture onto the tray. - place in oven for 25 ish minutes (until slightly browned) - take out and let cool. It may be a little squishy at first, but it will harden as it cools! - ENJOY!!

Here's our favourite easy peasy overnight granola recipe (swipe left for recipe). This is a family favourite so we make it often. We sometimes swap out the almonds for pecans, add pumpkin seeds, and sometimes add a teaspoon of maple flavouring. I usually bake it at least ten hours on 150° to 170°C. I have a double oven so I put a large tray of it in each oven. Abundância de granola por aqui!! . . Pela manhã, à tarde, com frutas, com chocolate, pura,... tem coisa melhor que o croc da granola? . . Fazer a sua própria granola te da a possibilidade de colocar tudo que você mais gosta, você pode também deixá-la mais saudável ou não. A verdade é que com o valor de um pacote pequeno da pra fazer mais de 1kg de granola! . . Eu coloco: 1kg de aveia; 1xic de óleo de coco ou o de preferência(para ficar crocante todos os grãos devem ficar úmidos); 1xic de melado ou mel; 200g chipa de coco queimado; 200g de crawberry; 200g de amêndoas ou nuts da preferência já torrados; 100g de uva passa; 200g de semente de abóbora; 100g de chia; Canela ou especiarias. . . . Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 graus. Em uma tigela misture bem a aveia o óleo de coco e o mel ate umedecer todos os grãos de aveia. Para essa quantidade eu uso 2 assadeiras bem grandes, o ideal é ficar uma camada fina e os grãos bem espalhados para dourar por igual. Coloque no forno pré-aquecido por 15 minutos aproximadamente (vai depender do forno), depois desse tempo apenas vire e troque aa assadeiras de grelha, deixe por mais ou menos 10 minutos. Quando os grãos de aveia estiverem ficando dourados mas não tanto, coloque as frutas secas (crawberry e uva passa) e deixe por mais ou menos 10 minutos ou menos. Tire do forno, espere esfriar e misture os outros ingredientes. . . PS: se quiser que fique com pedaços grudados só mexa depois de esfriar. GRANOLA CASERA Ya les conte como hacerla hace un tiempo, pero no viene mal recordarles que sieeeempre va ser más rica si la haces vos que si la compras...y mas sana 🥜Granola: - 4 tazas de avena - 1/2 taza de miel - 1/2 taza de aceite de coco - 1 cdita. de vainilla - 1/2 taza de semillas (girasol, chia, zapallo) - 1 taza de frutos secos, los que te gusten! A estos yo los pico un poco... -Opcional: Coco, canela, fibras ☝🏼Para hacerla empezas encendiendo el horno a 180°. En un bowl tiras todos los ingredientes secos y en otro derretis la miel y el aceite de coco. Unis todo, agregas la cucharadita de esencia vainilla y lo esparcis en una bandeja con papel manteca. Mas o menos dejas por 10 mins, revolves, y volves a meter hasta que este dorado. Si te gusta con coco, y te recomiendo que lo hagas, le sumas un puñado de escamas de coco y 2 minutitos mas al horno. Não vivo sem! ———————————————————————————— GRANOLA • DE • CACAU • E • COCO Ingredientes: 🍃 1 chávena de quinoa crua 🍃 2 chávenas de flocos de aveia grossos 🍃 1 chávena de millet puff 🍃 Raspa de 1 limão 🍃 2 c. sopa de cacau cru 🍃 Sal q.b 🍃 2 c. sopa de óleo de coco 🍃 3 c. sopa de mel 🍃 1 chávena de coco ralado Preparação: Pré-aquecer o forno a 180 graus. Juntar todos os ingredientes secos numa taça e misturar muito bem. Derreter o óleo de coco e juntar ao preparado juntamente com o mel. Envolver bem a mistura até todos os ingredientes secos estarem cobertos com a mistura líquida. Dispor num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal e levar ao forno durante aproximadamente 20 minutos ou até a granola estar tostada. De 5 em 5 minutos ir mexendo.
