RASPBERRY BREAKFAST TRIFLE 🤤 I love a sweet weekend breakfast and this is a macro friendly recipe that I think you will love too! WHAT YOU NEED: 2 cups (450g) cottage cheese 10 oz. (300g) raspberries 1 tbsp. honey 8 tbsp. muesli WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Place the cottage cheese, 2/3 of the raspberries and honey into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth (you can also use Greek yoghurt instead of cottage cheese). Keep the rest of the raspberries for garnish. Prepare 4 medium glasses or jars and layer the trifle. Start with a layer of raspberry cheese, 1 tbsp of muesli, and some fresh raspberries. Continue until you use all of the ingredients. Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until required. Serves: 4 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 0 mins Nutrition per serving (this will vary depending on the muesli you use!): 266 Kcal 14g Protein 3g Carbs 8g Fat

German Pancake for breakfast. It is like beauty and the Beast! Fluffy, delicious and easy pancake! Here is the recipe: 6 large eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbs monkfruit (sugar or honey works too) 1/2 tsp lemon zest 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 Tablespoons butter Heat the oven to 450 F. Mix eggs and salt and monkfruit. Then add milk, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Mix well. Gradually add flour and mix until you get a smooth pancake batter. Add 4 tbs butter to a roast pan (9”x13”). Put it in the heated oven and wait until butter melts. As soon as it melts, take out and pour the pancake mix. Bake for about 40 min until it becomes fluffy and there is no runny batter. Serve with powdered monkfruit and fruits. Harika bir Alman pankekiyle karsinizdayim. Start with breakfast. 🍳 When I was first starting out my ''losing weight in a healthy way'' journey this was one of the first things I had to incorporate and learn. Okay, before you interrupt me, it is possible to be healthy and lose weight while you are practicing intermittent fasting - but here I want to point out many health benefits that come from having breakfast. Is it necessary? No. Is it beneficial? Yes. . 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁: - first boost of energy of the day - increased concentration throughout the day (don't forget carbohydrates are essential for healthy brain functioning) - decreased hunger and cravings throughout the day - higher chance of hitting your daily dose of needed nutrients - control blood sugar (drops and spikes in your blood sugar can also affect your mood as well as developing insulin resistance) - decreased chance of diabetes type 2 . I was a person whose first meal of the day was at 4pm for years upon years - it was a habit that was hard to break, but nowadays I can't imagine starting my day without having a breakfast. So if you still believe you can't be a breakfast eater, I am a walking proof this is just a habit and that's that. But hey, if it doesn't fit into your schedule, that is fine as well. At the end of the day, make it work for you. 🙋🏼‍♀️ . If I want something sweet, my favourite go to are banana pancakes 🥞 (1 banana + 2 eggs) with some fruit 🍓 and if I want something salty, my go to are eggs with mashed avocado 🍳🥑 on a toast. Oat Strawberry Flakes🍓 ---- Click on bio for delicious break meals🔝🔝 ---- Not everything has to be complicated in order to be delicious. Sometimes the simplest things, like this bowl of oats, can be both comforting and satisfying 😉. Here's how I made them - in a large jar I added 65 g of fine oat flakes and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. I like to have something crunchy in my oats so, for that I added some chopped walnuts (about a tablespoon or so). To my jar I then added 190 ml almond milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a little bit of vanilla extract. I mixed everything well, I placed the jar in the fridge and I went to bed wishing it was already morning so I could dig into my oatmeal 😋. I had a good night sleep tough, then I was finally able to enjoy my breakfast 🙆🏼‍♀️. Beetroot semolina pancake || . . Beetroot is a root vegetable packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, vitamin B9, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Recipe- Ingredients- 1/2 cup grated beetroot 1 cup roasted semolina/ sooji/rava 1/2 cup rice flour 1/3 cup yogurt 1 chopped onion 1 green chili chopped 2 tablespoon chopped coriander 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) 8-10 chopped curry leaves 1 inch crushed ginger Pinch of Asafoetida Salt to taste How to prepare- 1- Heat the pan dry roast 1 cup semolina for 2-3 minutes. 2- Take a bowl add the roasted semolina. 3- Add 1/2 cup rice flour 4- 1/3 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoon chopped coriander. 5- For the tempering, add 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, chopped curry leaves, pinch of Asafoetida. 6- Now add this to the semolina beetroot mixture. 7- Add 2 cups of water and finally add salt as per taste. 8- Mix all the ingredients nicely and keep the batter for 20 minutes. 9- Now take a pan add oil and spread the better to make the pancake. 10- Cook both the sides nicely and serve it with your favorite chutney. #healthybreakfastrecipes #jeeskitchenart #recipecontest #beetroot #pancakes #colourfull #sooji #chilla #foodporn #foodpicoftheday #indianrecipes #breakfastrecipes #easyrecipes #healthycooking #veganrecipes #veggierecipes #odiafoodblogger #odiafoodie

Vermicelli, a super easy recipe to make and satisfy your hunger. Serve it with tea in the morning as breakfast or you can also opt it for a light dinner. **Preparation time** 15 minutes **Serving** 4 Ingredients: Roasted Vermicelli: 500 gm 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 green chilly optional 2 medium sized onions 1 small sized tomato 1/2 cup spring onions 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 carrot 1 large sized capsicum Dried herbs/oregano Salt as per your taste 1 pouch of Maggie Masala 1 tbsp tomato ketchup. Procedure: *Take a bowl, put 2 glasses of water and add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. *As soon as it starts boiling add vermicelli to it. *Mix well and cover it with a lid. *Open the lid within 5 minutes and check, if it is done. Switch off the flame. *Let the vermicelli soak until they're tender for about 5 minutes. *Drain and pat dry. *Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil,let it heat for 3 minutes. *Add ginger garlic paste. *Saute it for a minute. *Add onions and cook it until it gets golden brown in color. *Add green chilly. *Add chopped tomatoes,carrots and capsicum. *Add salt and all the spices together and mix well. *Add lemon juice *Cover it with a lid until veggies becomes soft for around 3-4 minutes. *Now add Vermicelli and stir continously to prevent sticking. *Add tomato ketchup, you can increase the quantity if you want a tangy flavour. *Turn off the flame and transfer Vermicelli to a serving bowl or plate *Garnish with spring onions and serve. Cover and leave to cook for about 4-5 minutes until the apple begins to soften. ⁣⁣ - In a separate pan cook the porridge oats with milk of choice⁣⁣ - Add the water and sultanas to the apples, cooking gently until browned and softened further ⁣⁣ - Top the porridge with a dollop of coconut yoghurt, the apple mixture and some seeds/nuts for extra goodness. here’s some beetroot hummus with air-fried oat tortilla chips ✨⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ hey guys! how have you been? after having online school for almost a month, then a break month, I’m going back to school next week and I think I’m pretty excited (or maybe not lol) ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ I’ve also been having a pumpkin obsession? they taste so good I don’t think I could ever get enough of it 🎃 maybe I’ll drop some pumpkin related recipes in the future ☻ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ what you’ll need for the beetroot hummus: ⁣⁣⁣⁣ • 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas (or 1 can of chickpeas)⁣⁣⁣⁣ • juice from a lemon⁣⁣⁣⁣ • 1/4 cup tahini ⁣⁣⁣⁣ • 2 small-medium cloves of garlic⁣⁣⁣⁣ • 1/2 tsp salt⁣⁣⁣⁣ • 1-2 tbsp olive oil + more for serving if you’d like⁣⁣⁣⁣ • 2-3 tbsp water⁣⁣⁣⁣ • your desired amount of cumin (I tend to add more as I love the taste of it)⁣⁣⁣⁣ • 1/2 a beetroot or you could just add the whole thing 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣⁣⁣⁣ • paprika for serving (optional)⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ I usually start by blending the lemon juice and tahini together in a food processor or blender (this supposedly makes the hummus creamier!)⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣then add the garlic, cumin olive oil and salt followed by the chickpeas. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣after blending it all up, I add the beetroots (just so I’ll be able to see the very entertaining colour change) and then adding the water gradually until I reach my desired consistency! ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ oat tortilla chips⁣⁣⁣⁣ •oat flour⁣⁣⁣⁣ •water ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ I’m sorry I didn’t really measure the ingredients out but basically add slightly less water than flour to form a dough that isn’t sticky. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣I made my oat flour my adding oats to a food processor ☻ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣I then added water gradually to form a non-sticky dough⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣I rolled out the dough and cut it into triangular pieces ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣I then air-fry my chips in different batches, and I usually try not to overlap them so the cooking will be even! ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣I air-fry them at 165c for 7 minutes but that would depend on your airfryer! the cooking timing may vary but if you’re making them for the first time, I’d suggest airfrying them for 5 minutes then checking on them and then adjusting the cooking time accordingly ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ hope you like it xx ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Chickpea Coconut Curry _________________________ Ingredients 2 tablespoons oil, I use avocado oil ½ medium yellow onion, finely diced 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ inch ginger, minced 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced ½ teaspoon ground cumin ½ teaspoon ground turmeric ½ teaspoon ground paprika Pinch of cayenne, optional 1 teaspoon sea salt, to taste ¼ teaspoon black pepper 2 (15-oz) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes 1 can full-fat coconut milk 1 lime, juiced ¼ cilantro, optional Instructions Cook onions, garlic, and garlic: In a big pot, warm oil on medium-low heat. Add diced onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook this on medium-low heat, stirring frequently until the onion starts to appear translucent and smell fragrant,, about 5 minutes. Add the spices: Stir in the jalapeño, cumin, turmeric, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper, and cook for a minute until it becomes fragrant. Add remaining ingredients: Stir in the chickpeas, diced tomatoes, and coconut milk. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook, uncovered, until the chickpeas are soft and tender, about 20 minutes. Add lime juice and cilantro: Turn off the heat completely and stir in the lime juice and fresh cilantro. No quedo como me lo imaginaba "estéticamente" pero su sabor supera mis expectativas sin duda (por eso volveré a repetirlo hasta que me salga mejor) La receta de la mejor, @petit_fit era imposible que me saliera como el de ella 😅😅 pero lo intenté cambiando algunos ingredientes (allí el fallo seguro). 🍫 Ingredientes. ▪︎50 gr de harina de avena (Pettit uso harina de trigo integral) ▪︎50 gr de harina de almendras. ▪︎25 gr de cacao puro en polvo. ▪︎45 gr de AOVE. ▪︎2 huevos medianos. ▪︎3 gr de polvo de hornear. ▪︎pepitas de chocolate. ▪︎1 cdta de vainilla. ▪︎stevia. 🍫Relleno. ▪︎50 gr chocolate 75%. 🍫 Proceso. - Precalentar el horno a 180° arriba y abajo. - En un bowl tamizamos los ingredientes secos (harina de almendras, harina de avena, cacao) - En otro bolw mezclamos los ingredientes húmedos (huevos, AOVE, vainilla, stevia) hasta integrar bien, añadimos la levadura y removemos. - Vamos añadiendo los ingredientes secos hasta obtener una masa densa y pegajosa. - Engrasamos bien nuestra sartén o cazuela de barro , repartimos uniformemente la mitad de la mezcla en la base y colocamos la tableta de chocolate en el centro de la masa y cubrimos con la mezcla restante, ponemos trozos de chocolate por encima y llevamos al horno por 15 minutos. • • • • • • #fitsweet #healthylifestyle #eathealthy #healthyfood #fitbreakfast #healthybreakfast #instahealthy #breakfastrecipes #healthylife #fitfood #foodlover #foodpic #withoutsugar #foodporn #cookies #brunchlover #healthyrecipes #donuts #chocolate #healthyfoodporn #healthymeal #healthybreakfast #skilletbrownie #chocolatelover
