Blueberry Buttermilk Streusel Muffin Baked Oats!🥧💙 - A new baked oats recipe coming your way! Blueberry muffin flavoured oats with streusel topping!! The buttermilk makes these soft, creamy, and very blueberry muffin like. Super cozy way to start your morning even if it’s almost June🤷‍♀️ Here’s the recipe: - Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine 1 tsp flaxseed with 2 tsp water and put in the fridge to set up. Mix almond milk and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl and set aside to curdle, this will create the buttermilk! Mix the dry in a separate bowl then add the flax egg, oil, vanilla, and buttermilk. Fold in blueberries. Made @restoring_radiance mini baked oatmeals this morning + they are so fun! I am continually blown away by what a little baking powder can do to oatmeal lol. I doubled her recipe + baked 2 different kinds - one I left plain & one I topped with raisins, dark chocolate chips, unsweetened shredded coconut + sliced almonds (pictured above) before baking at 375 degrees for 17ish mins. I also added 2 Tbsp of chia seeds to her recipe! Enjoyed with some plain whole milk greek yogurt + berries 🥥🍓🙌🏼 happy Saturday! #bakedoatmeal #saturday #weekendeats

Big Batch Baked Oatmeal gives me a big head start on breakfast. I baked this particular batch with toppings, but my family prefers that I just keep it plain so that they customize each serving and have something different each day. This recipe has healthy fiber from the oats, an extra boost of protein from eggs and Greek yogurt and healthy fats from olive oil. I don't add any sugar so that my family can add sweeteners or toppings as they choose, but I do give a chart to guide you should you want to add sweetener to the whole batch. ENERGY BERRY BARS Quedo delicioso el supuesto “panque de mora azul” pero creo que son mas como barritas de mora azul. El chiste es que quedo muy rico y esta endulzado con ingredientes naturales, además son ricas en antioxidantes, fibra y libres de gluten. Esta buenísimas para desayuno, snack o para disfrutar con tu té/café en la tardecita después de comer. Tip: Si tus dátiles están muy secos, intenta dejarlos reposar en agua caliente por 10 minutos, tira el agua y agrégalos a la receta. Ingredientes: 2 tazas de avena 1 taza de almendras ½ taza de harina de almendra 1 cucharadita de canela 1 taza de mora azul 6 dátiles ¼ taza de miel de abeja Modo de preparación: 1. 1. Precalienta horno a 175 grados y ya sea que engrases tu molde con aceite de coco o le pongas papel encerado para tenerlo listo a la hora de transferir la mezcla. 2. 2. Licua la mitad de la avena, la taza de almendras y la harina de almendra hasta obtener una consistencia uniforme. Después vas a agregar la mitad de la mora azul, dátiles, canela y miel de abeja. 3. 3. Por último agrega lo que quedaba de la avena y deja un poco de la mora azul para agregarlas al final y que queden enteras. 4. 4. Transfiere a tu molde y hornea por 15 minutos o hasta que veas que las orillas empiezan a tornarse doraditas. 5. 5. Deja reposar de 15-20 minutos antes de cortar y disfrutar. Strawberry Rhubarb Baked Oatmeal 🍓 💫 You can switch up the fruit to anything you like but I mean come on..Strawberry Rhubarb is such a classic 🤤 • Recipe: 1 2/3 cup milk of choice 2 1/2 tbsp honey 1 egg 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups oats (I used whole oats) 1 1/2 chopped cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1 cup chopped rhubarb Combine all ingredients together and transfer to 8x8 inch baking dish. I mixed my rhubarb into my oat mixture and placed my strawberries on top of the oatmeal but you can mix the berries in if you wish too! • Crumble Topping: 1/3 cup sliced almonds 1/3 cup oats 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp flour 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp salt In a separate bowl combine all ingredients, mix well and sprinkle on top of your oatmeal. Bake oatmeal at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Once removed from the oven let it rest for 10 minutes! I topped mine with Vanilla Greek yoghurt & it was amazing! Chocolate hummus in oatmeal: DO NOT KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRY IT 🤗💯I made this chocolate hummus baked oatmeal the other day and it was PERFECT - I almost think it tastes better than putting protein powder or cocoa powder in oats to make it chocolatey!!! • • • To make these oats, first preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Then mix 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, a pinch of salt, a cap of vanilla, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 mashed banana, and 1 heaping tablespoon of chocolate hummus and pour this mixture into an oven safe bowl. Bake for 20 minutes, and then top with more chocolate hummus, PB (I used @pb2foods ), and chocolate chips!

Let’s bake 👩🏼‍🍳 🍰 Ingredients: •For the base: ~ 1/3 cup overnight soaked oats ~ 30g vegan protein powder (i used natural flavor) ~ few vanilla flavor drops ☔️ ~ 10g powdered peanut butter ~ 5g sweetener ~ 1/2-3/4 cup water 💦 🍰 •For the filling: ~ 70g unsweetened soy yogurt ~ 50g vegan cream cheese ~ 5g melted coconut oil 🥥 ~ 5g sweetener 🍰 Instructions: Mix all the ingredients for the base together and place in a nonstick and relatively deep dish. Place in the oven for 10 minutes on 180C. At the meantime make filling. Mix all the ingredients together, add on top of oat base, place in the oven for another 20 minutes on 180C. Strawberry Banana Baked Oatmeal - I was hoping to post last night’s IG live where we made this delicious baked oatmeal, but Instagram won’t let me so you’ll have to do with just the recipe here 🤷🏼‍♀️🙃 It’s a great breakfast alternative for the weekend where you have a bit more time 🍓🍌 You can prepare this in the evening and then pop it in the oven in the morning. there’s a little bit of chocolate thrown in as well, because, well there is always room for chocolate 🍫 INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp water 2 cups oats 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 ripe banana (and a few more slices for the top) 1 cup of strawberries (and a few more slices for the top) 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup chocolate, chopped 1 1/2 cups plant milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp orange zest METHOD 1. Mix the chia seeds with the water in a small bowl and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mix. 3. Mash the banana, slice the strawberries. 4. In another bowl, add milk, chia egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup and orange zest. Also add the mashed banana and mix everything well. 5. Stir the wet into the dry mix. 6. Add in the mashed bananas, sliced strawberries and chopped chocolate. 7. Grease a baking form and pour the oatmeal mix in. 8. If you are baking it now, decorate the top with a few more strawberry and banana slices, and a little bit of chopped dark chocolate. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 190C/375F for 45 minutes. 10. Let cool down a little. Then cut into squares. Guten Morgen! 🤗 Da ich abwechslungsreiches Frühstück liebe, gab es heute bei uns Baked Oatmeal mit Banane, Apfel und Walnüssen, serviert mit griechischem Joghurt 😋. Dieses Frühstück sättigt sehr lange und ist gesund 😊. Mein Rezept hierfür möchte ich euch nicht entgehen lassen 😁. Probiert es gerne aus und zeigt mir eure Baked Oatmeals. 🤗 . 👉Rezept (reicht bei mir für 3 Souffleformen): ▪︎1 reife Banane ▪︎70g zarte Haferflocken ▪︎100ml heißes Wasser ▪︎100 ml Hafermilch ▪︎1 Apfel ▪︎20g Walnüsse (entspricht ca. 4 ganzen Walnüsse) ▪︎1 EL Zimt ▪︎1 EL Ahornsirup Zubereitung: Banane zerdrücken und in eine Schüssel geben. Haferflocken hinzufügen und das Bananen-Haferflocken-Gemisch mit heißem Wasser übergießen. Das Ganze abdecken und ca. 10 Min. quellen lassen. Anschließend die Hafermilch dazugeben und gut umrühren. Den Apfel in kleine Stücke schneiden (mit oder ohne Schale, das ist egal) und die Walnüsse klein hacken. Die Apfelstücke, Walnüsse, den Zimt und Ahornsirup hinzufügen. Alles noch einmal gut vermengen. Die Masse in Souffleförmchen füllen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180°C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 25 Min. backen. Wer mag, kann dazu griechischer Joghurt servieren. You gotta try a rab-bite of this ‘Baked Carrot Cake Oatmeal for 4’ 🍰 🥕 Another weekend, another family oatmeal bake and this one was literally like having dessert for breakfast. With that orange zest topping it was literally perfect. I also need some new combos ASAP I think I’m running out! And here is that recipe: 🥕 14 tbsp oats 🥕 1 tsp salt 🥕 1.5 large carrots grated 🥕 2 tsp vanilla extract 🥕 ALOT of cinnamon 🥕 handful of raisins 🥕 handful of chopped walnuts 🥕 1 tsp baking powder 🥕 2 tbsp maple syrup 🥕 600ml milk 🥕1 tbsp melted coconut oil Combine all of the dry ingredients first, then add the milk, vanilla, oil and maple syrup and mix thoroughly! Stick that bad boy into the oven at 220 Celsius for 50 minutes and you’re good to go!

BAKED matcha overnight oats! ✨ I decided to bake my normal overnight oats before having them and by adding in some baking powder before baking, it ended up tasting like CAKE (but made with healthy oatmeal ingredients) so I highly recommend 🤤 I also tried making the recipe again without the overnight step and it works as well (just a little less fluffy) so this can also be made the morning of! Ingredients: • 1/2 cup oats • 3/4 cup almond (or any) milk • 1-2 tbsp matcha powder (depending how strong your brand is) • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • pinch of salt • 1/2 tsp baking powder Add all ingredients into a sealable container except baking powder. Stir to combine and leave in fridge overnight. In the morning pour mixture into an oven safe ramekin and stir in the baking powder thoroughly. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 min or until done. Baked oatmeal is amazing, but baked oatmeal eaten out of an adorable skillet is 200% better. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ——> CLASSIC SKILLET BAKED OATMEAL ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The classic recipe: 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp oat flour, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 mashed banana, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup soy milk. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Mix together, pour in skillet, top with more nanner slices, and stick her in the oven at 350 for 30-45 min. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ On top we got some serious @pbfit.official going down, as well as some (not pictured) @siggisdairy yogurt. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ There’s only 1 thing to say. All the boys needed to do this morning is heat up this baked oatmeal for breakfast. I baked it up last night so it was ready to go for this morning with whatever toppings tickled their fancy. Oh and of course lots of maple syrup. BAKED BLUEBERRY OATS 🤍 _ Warm, delicious, straight out of the oven and right into the belly. This baked oatmeal is such a beautiful take on your regular morning oats. With bursts of flavor in each bite from the fresh blueberries to the slight crunch added in from the toasted pecans, this baked blueberry oatmeal is definitely a recipe to keep in the back of your pocket🍴 _ Save this recipe for later and tag 3 of your food loving friends!🤍 Recipe is below! _ INGREDIENTS _ 2/3 cups of roughly chopped pecans _ 2 cups of old fashioned oats (I used a mix of old fashioned and quick oats) _ 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon _ 1 teaspoon baking powder _ 3/4 teaspoons salt _ 1 3/4 cups of almond milk (other plant based milks will work as well) _ 1/3 cup of honey _ 2 eggs _ 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil _ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract _ 2-3 cups of fresh blueberries (frozen will also work) _ Optional: top with plain/vanilla greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey 🍯 _ Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease your pan (I greased mine with additional coconut oil.) Mix together oats, nuts, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, honey, egg, half of the coconut oil, and the vanilla. _ Set aside about a 1/2 cup of the blueberries for topping. Place the remaining berries in your greased. Cover the berries with your dry oat mixture then pour over the wet ingredients. Make sure all of the oats have been covered evenly. _ Scatter the remaining berries on top and drizzle the rest of the coconut oil. If you like a little extra sweetness, you can also sprinkle some brown sugar on top for a sweet little crunch🤍 _ Bake for 40-45 min - keep an eye on the oven as you do not want the top to burn. Once it reaches a nice golden brown hue, remove from the oven and allow the bake to cool for a few moments. _ Serve as is or top with a spoonful of yogurt and a drizzle of honey! Did I eat a fourth of this tray before I took a picture of it? Yes! Am I a little embarrassed? Yes! Am I glad I did it?Absolutely because these breakfast bars are amazing 😉 I’m not a hugeeeee breakfast person and it usually takes me an hour or two after I wake up to really get in the mood in to eat, but I’m not always able to because of zoom meetings so snacking on these have been really great at tying me over until I am able to make a meal. #deats: 1.5 cup rolled oats 1/2 tbsp nutmeg and cinnamon 1/8 cup protein powder 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup melted vegan butter 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/8 cup date syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup dry raisins rehydrated 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup melted vegan chocolate Combine the dry and wet ingredients separately (minus the chocolate). Pour your wet mixture into the dry and mix until the batter is well incorporated. You can technically eat it like this (I had to refrain myself lol) and bake in a 11x7 baking tray sprayed with non-stick spray. Evenly lay out batter and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to rest for a few minutes before drizzling or lathering on the chocolate. Allow the chocolate to set and you’re ready to cut your bars and enjoy!

Loving dark cherry oats lately ✨ my tip for extra creamy and sweet oats is to cook with a banana and vanilla protein powder - makes it so delicious 🤩 (plus adds protein!) - 1/2 cup gf oats 1 cup almond milk 1/2 banana, sliced scoop vanilla protein powder handful of dark cherries sprinkle of cinnamon - Heat over stovetop and cook oats as normal. JAMMY DODGER BAKED OATS 🌿⁣ ⁣ Loving breakfast, it’s my favourite meal of the day! A oldie but goodie this morning with melt in the middle @jammiedodgersofficial baked oats. Seid ihr eher Team Baked Oatmeal oder Team Porridge?😍 - Hier habe ich ein echt leckeres, verträgliches Frühstücks- oder Snackrezept für euch 🙂 - Dafür braucht ihr Haferflocken 1 EL Leinsamen Optional etwas Hafer/Weizenkleie, Hanfsamen oder andere verträgliche Saaten/Samen. - Dem Ganzen gebt ihr reichlich Flüssigkeit bei (ich habe Wasser genommen, Milch sollte aber auch gehen) und lässt es etwas ziehen. - Danach fettet ihr eine Form ein und gebt euer Gemisch hinein. Nun könnt ihr nach Belieben Beeren und Obst beigeben. Ich habe auch noch Dinkelflocken hinzugefügt. - Bei 180 Grad Umluft kommt es 15-20 Minuten in den Ofen, bis es schön kross ist. - Bevor ihr es geniesst, könnt ihr das Ganze natürlich auch noch toppen wie ihr wollt. Mis oleks kui teeks kaerahelbepudru hoopis ahjus küpsetades? 😍 See ülimaitsev vorm valmib lihtsalt ja maitseb taevalik! Sellest kogusest valmib 6 portsjonit: 180 g kaerahelbeid 1 tl küpsetuspulbrit 1 tl kaneeli 0,5 tl soola 30 g mandlilaaste 1 apelsini riivitud koor 1 õun väikesteks tükkideks tükeldatuna 250 g maasikaid viilutatuna 2 munavalget 70g mett 500 ml magustamata mandlipiima Pane ahi 180 kraadini soojenema. Sega omavahel kaerahelbed, küpsetuspulber, kaneel ja sool. Vala pool saadud segust vormi põhja, selle peale aseta pool maasikatest, õunast ja mandlilaastudest. Sinna peale laota ülejäänud pool kaerahelbesegust ja kõige peale ülejäänud pool maasikaid, õunatükke ja mandlilaaste. Eraldi kausis sega omavahel munavalged ja mesi, lisa mandlipiim ja vala saadud seguga vormis olevad kuivained üle nii et kõik on ilusti kaetud. Küpseta ahjus 30-40 min ja vajadusel kata lõpu poole fooliumiga, et pealt liiga pruuniks ei lähe. Naudi!🤩 Why not bake an oatmeal porridge as a casserole? 🥰This super tasty casserole is easy to make and tastes divine! Pour the remaining oat mixture on top of the fruit and top with remaining strawberries, apples, and almonds. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and honey until well combined. Add almond milk and stir well. Pour the liquid mixture over top of the fruit and oats in the pan. Make sure the liquid is evenly distributed and all of the oats are covered. Bake for 35-40 minutes. If the fruit on top begins to over brown before the oatmeal is set, gently cover with aluminum foil and continue to bake. Carrot Cake baked oatmeal 😁🥕 Tried baked oatmeal today! It's really nice since it reminds me very much of actual carrot cake. Today I made it because I also baked up some croissants for my family but heating up the oven for one bowl usuallly would just be a huge waste of energy 🤔 . Anyway, recipe! -30g oats -30g vanilla protein -1 medium grated carrot -water - half a teaspoon baking powder -cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves . I blended the oats until 50/50 oatflour/oats, mixed in the rest and baked at 175°C for like 20 min😊

Es war der 1.Versuch und bei der Zugabe des Wassers dachte ich schon so: upsiiii, das war jetzt zu viel 🙈 Was dabei entstanden ist, find ich trotzdem brutal lecker. Außen knusprig, teigig und innen herrlich cremig (siehe Video). Der Apfel ist in der Oatsmasse soooo schön weich geworden. Beim nächsten Mal nehm ich weniger Wasser und hau 1 Ei und Puddingpulver mit rein. Das hier gibt es jetzt aber auch öfter 😋 🍎25 g zarte Haferflocken @koelln_deutschland 🍎15 g kernige Haferflocken 🍎20 g Schmelzflocken 🍎100 g Buttermilch 🍎250 g Wasser Zutaten in einem hohen Gefäß verrühren und für 2 Minuten in die Mikrowelle geben. Folgendes unterrühren: 🍎Zimt 🍎Flavdrops Cinnamon von @got7nutrition 🍎15 g Classic Protein Vanille von GOT7 🍎60 g Magerquark 🍎etwas Flüssigsüße 🍎140 g klein greschnittenen Apfel Masse in eine ofenfeste Form füllen und mit 🍎60 g Apfelscheiben belegen Im Ofen bei 175 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze für 35 Minuten backen.
