A lovely warm day like today ☀️ calls for a cooling bowl of banana ‘ice cream’ - blended frozen banana with cocoa, protein powder, tahini and a splash of milk 😋👌🏼 a healthy breakfast that tastes like a dessert 🤩 here’s how to make it: Serves 2 2 frozen bananas 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 scoops protein powder 2 tbsp Tahini (or nut butter of choice) 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice (I used oat milk) Blend, sprinkle on your favourite toppings and enjoy! 😍 Have a lovely day 😘 Stay safe - Nadia xx

Especially now that it’s trickier to get hold of certain ingredients, so I’m trying to create more 3-4 ingredient recipes that are easy to find in the supermarkets at the moment ♥️ ___ Today I’m showing you how to make these 4-ingredient 🍪Cornflake Cookies🍪 that are vegan and gluten-free using @nestlegofree gluten-free cornflakes. They’re super crunchy and delicious 😋👌🏼 GoFree cornflakes works so well in recipes both sweet and savoury. It’s also a source of iron (contributes to normal energy) and Vitamin B6 (contributes to normal functioning of the immune system), both of which are essential for our bodies. I always find it useful to have a box in my cupboard for when I’m craving a quick and easy snack like this that I can put together in no time! ___ Here’s how to make them (makes 12 cookies) 250g dark chocolate 4 level tbsp almond butter (or you can use peanut butter) 85g Nestle GoFree gluten-free cornflakes (also vegan) Optional - 30g flaked almonds Method - break up the chocolate in a large heat-proof bowl and add in the nut butter. Melt in the microwave until smooth making sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Fold in the cornflakes and flaked almonds. Using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, drop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Transfer to the fridge and leave to chill for an hour or so until they’re set. #GlutenFree #GlutenFreeEats #GlutenFreeLife

Now that we’re enjoying more sunnier/warner days, I’m finding myself craving more cold breakfasts. Quarantine treat 😋 quick and easy, no-bake and only calls for 4 ingredients! You NEED to try these ♥️Peanut Butter Cookies♥️ they will definitely help brighten up your day 😘 . Here’s how to make them: 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour - make your own by blending rolled or gluten-free oats into a fine flour 2 tbsp maple syrup A pinch of salt Mix everything into a bowl, shape into balls and press down with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
